"MALA" is a small village in the municipality of Haría, located in the north of the island.
It is a picturesque village characterized by the mixture of the white houses and the cacti fields for the cultivation of the "cochinilla" louse, giving the predominantly dry environment a greener appearance.
In Mala there is a small supermarket, pharmacy, Spanish medical center, sports field, as well as restaurant and bar.
On the coast of the village is a natural stone swimming pool.
In an area of about 3 km there is the closest sandy beach "La Garita", as well as an offer of supermarkets, cash machine, a gas station with a well equipped supermarket, open on Sundays and holidays, as well as various restaurants where You can enjoy fresh fish and typical Canarian dishes.
