Villa Klara is a charming and private 3 bedroom villa with private pool, just 3 km from the beach.
The house is surrounded by a large garden (3000 m2) with old trees and traditional olives.
Just a few steps from the house, there is a refreshing swimming pool, with private shower.
The garden also has a barbecue, private parking, and delicious grapes that you can taste.
A dining table is perfectly placed in the shade of a hundred-year-old tree where you can enjoy your dinner, in peace and under a dark starry sky.
The property is completely surrounded by green nature.
The rooms are nicely decorated, with a view of the nature. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine ...).
Comfortable sofas, a new LCD TV and an indoor fireplace are in the living room, with direct exit to the garden.
All rooms are located on the ground floor and that makes everything easily accessible.
A wine tasting room is available in the neighborhood. In the vicinity of the villa there is a market (3 km), a bar and a restaurant (both 3 km).
Villa Klara is a great starting point for visiting the beautiful beaches, for tours around Istria, for visiting the wine roads, olive groves and medieval towns.
During the summer, there are over 1800 different tourist manifestations on the peninsula of Istria, where you can enjoy.

Location and surroundings of object
The small, quiet village of Brgod is located on the eastern coast of the peninsula of Istria, 3 km from the sea, and beautiful brilliant beaches. The area has pebble beaches, sandy beaches and small private coves.
The environment is very quiet, away from big tourist hustle, with very little traffic. The location is easy to reach, and the drive through Istria will be breathtaking.
Small and romantic fishing village Trget is only 3 km away.
Market, a restaurant and a shop with all the food you need are in Trget.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, a few minutes away. In Labin, you will also find a petrol station, cash dispensers, pharmacy and many good restaurants.
Near Labin there is a small town on the beach Rabac, with wonderful views of the sea and the islands, street artists, great boat trips and great restaurants.
Marked hiking and cycling trails with amazing views of the sea, the islands, the Kvarner bay, are the characteristics of the area.
At about 30 minutes drive, you can easily reach other parts of the Istrian peninsula.
The interior Istria - Groz? Njan, Motovun - The old medieval towns in the inner parts of the peninsula Istria. They have a special spirit, with the narrow streets, stairs, old buildings, and of course the breathtaking landscapes.
In Pula, you can visit many concerts, a film festival, explore the ancient Roman architecture and one of the largest arenas in the region.

Beautiful, spacious villa, great pool, for a nice and mostly quiet vacation.
My family and I (4 adults, 1 baby) spent a wonderful vacation at Villa Klara during the first 2 weeks of June 24. The friendly landlord Dorijano was always helpful and present when something needed to be fixed, although I took care of various small things myself as well. After our arrival, we went through and in front of the house with brooms and mops, so that we could feel truly comfortable for the next 2 weeks. The villa is spacious, the garden is large, and the beautiful pool was maintained daily in the morning by Dorijano. For the baby, there was a crib and a high chair. After consultation, there was a second set of towels and bed linens available for the second week upon request. Unfortunately, there were no towels for the sun loungers. The equipment in the kitchen is okay; basically, everything needed is there, but for 4 or more people, there should be a bit more dishes, as 1 set is usually in the dishwasher. Most of the time, it is very quiet on the property; occasionally, there were moderate excavator and truck noises during the day from nearby plots, and in the evenings, the engines of vehicles driven by young people nearby were often quite audible. It was still such that it did not disturb too much and only temporarily. However, you do need to drive about 30 minutes to the sea, where you can also swim quite well, 10 minutes to the minimarket, and about 20 minutes for regular shopping in the city. All in all, we were able to spend two wonderful weeks of vacation at Villa Klara. We would like to thank Dorijano once again very much for that. Everything also went well with the people from ferienhausmiete.de, many thanks for that as well.

Everything is just great!
Villa Klara and our holiday exceeded all our expectations. We were there as a family of six. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for this. The parents were accommodated on the ground floor and the children on the ground floor
The welcome by the owner Doriano Licul was very warm. The villa and the pool area were super clean. The house is in a very quiet location and is very well furnished. The sunbeds by the pool and the furniture on the terrace were incredibly comfortable. We were welcomed with homemade wine. If you had any questions, you could always ask the owner. The same goes for the tips on restaurants, which you should definitely follow. We will come again!

Quiet and idyllic location
We enjoyed Villa Klara for a week. If you are looking for a quiet and idyllic house, this is absolutely the right place. The pictures keep what they promise. Each room has its own bathroom with WC and shower! Everything you need to cook, eat and drink is available in the kitchen. The very friendly landlord, Mr Licul, cleans the pool every morning and makes sure everything is clean. If something is missing, you just have to tell him and he will take care of it. If you come with your dog, you have to take care of him because the property is not fenced and so he can get onto the street and the property of Villa Licul, which is behind Villa Klara. The pool is large and brings the necessary cooling. On the covered terrace you can sit comfortably and enjoy the landscape. Shopping in Labin at Lidl, Plodine and Spar is just 10 km away, the beach at Trget only 3 km. You can buy home-made olive oil and wine from the landlord! Arrival and departure went smoothly. We enjoyed the week and can highly recommend the house and Mr Licul (who speaks very good German).

Great holiday home
We stayed at Villa Klara with another family. It was a great holiday! The location is quiet, you can shop in Labin and the sea is also close. The pool provides the necessary cooling and is well maintained. Mr Licul is a nice landlord who is available with advice and help. His homemade olive oil is great! We recommend this holiday home to others.
