Our holiday home is comfortable and practical. It is fully equipped : in the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, from a corkscrew to an electric pan.
Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and glass hob are available.
The division of the rooms into two separate sleeping areas is well suited for use by two related or friendly families.
The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, stereo system and DVD player.
WLAN flatrate is included. Telephone landline connection is available.
1 master bedroom with king-size beds, 2 guest or children's bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs,

The house is located in an exclusive area of Naples about 12-14 minutes by car from the beach in a gated community. All shopping for daily needs can be done nearby (supermarket Publix etc.)

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
In the event that the tenant is unable to commence their vacation, the following cancellation policy applies: up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rental price, thereafter, 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent out the property to someone else. If this is successful, only 10% of the rental price will be due as a handling fee.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Naples
We spent a very nice holiday in Naples. The house is beautifully located, right on a small lake in a very well-maintained "Gated Community". The house itself is very well-maintained and nicely furnished, with everything you need. You can tell that it is also used by the owners themselves. There are plenty of loungers and seating around the very nice and clean pool to make yourself comfortable. The beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) The garden is also very well maintained and ample. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach our favorite beach "Delnor-Wiggins," and around 10 minutes to get to the restaurant "The Dock" or the "Naples Pier." All in all, a very nice, well-kept house; we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

House Seeblick Naples. Florida
This house is beautiful and offers space for 5 people. From the pool, you have an excellent view over the lake. The pool itself is large enough to cool off and the water is refreshing.
