The detached house is located in the "El Pinet" residence, just about 500m from the kilometers-long sandy beach of La Marina. The nature reserve "Parque Natural de las Salinas de Santa Pola," featuring a scenic circular trail, viewing platforms, birds, and flamingos, is right in front of the complex.
There are no high-rise buildings in the residence. There are only three-story apartments, semi-detached houses, and detached houses. The complex includes a communal pool with a separate children's pool. Since we have lived in a semi-detached house in the complex since 2006, we decided to buy a detached house in 2017. The house was completed in mid-2006 and after the purchase in 2017/2018 it was extensively renovated; the bathrooms and the kitchen were updated to modern standards, new efficient and quiet air conditioning units were installed, and all rooms were freshly painted and furnished with furniture from Germany. The entire exterior area was redesigned. Your well-maintained holiday home is situated on a 400 sqm plot and offers about 100 sqm of living space plus a 16 sqm terrace, a 10 sqm balcony bedroom, and a 16 sqm solarium on the roof with a splendid 360-degree view of the sea, Santa Pola, salt pans, and the mountains. You can park your vehicle on the property.
For your comfort, the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning (Hot/Cold), all windows have double glazing with shutters and mosquito nets. Inside, there are stoneware floors and marble staircases. The furnishings are high-quality and modern.
For the winter season, we have installed an infrared heater in the upper bathroom and two in the living/dining room. In addition, there are two portable electric heaters. The air conditioning units can also be used as heaters. Furthermore, we installed a pellet stove in the living room in 2022.
We also offer telephone and fiber-optic WiFi (Internet). Thus, it is also suitable for home office. After consumption:
Electricity is charged at 35 cents/kW (based on consumption). During the off-season, any heating costs (gas) incurred will be charged extra.
Prices for long-term rental (from 4 weeks) in the off-season (mid-October to end of March) available upon request. Minimum stay 11 nights.

La Marina Pueblo is located directly on the coast of the southern Costa Blanca, between Santa Pola and Guardamar, along the coastal road N332; Only 20 km south of Alicante with a beautiful mountain panorama. The beach is just a few meters away and the place is very quiet. Here you will find all shopping possibilities (German and Spanish supermarkets, German bakeries), restaurants, doctors, pharmacies directly at the place. La Marina is not a pure holiday resort; Therefore something has to be done all year round. It is the ideal starting point for trips to Elche, Alicante, Murcia, Orihuela, Torrevieja, Benidorm, etc. In the house you will find travel guides and detailed guest information, which allows you an extensive leisure program. In addition, a German-speaking house administrator is available to answer your questions. Climate: We are here in the best climatic zone of Spain with about 300 sunny days a year, an average temperature of 16 ° C in January and 30 ° C in August.
Excursions - General: Within a radius of approximately 50 km you will find cities like Elche / Elx, Alicante, Orihuela, Murcia, Torrevieja, Benidorm, Guadelest, Cartagena etc. where you can discover a lot. In our holiday home you will find several travel guides, tips, maps etc. The hinterland of the Costa Blanca also has some surprises (eg dripstone caves, old Moorish villages, castles). Or just go shopping in Elche, Alicante or Murcia. You can also hire a bike at La Marina; Go riding in Guardamar or rent a Harley Davidson in Alicante.

Location: The southern Costa Blanca is coveted internationally as hardly any other region in Spain. It is referred to as the Florida of Europe due to the many sundays and even weather. Due to the high salt content in the air, it is popular for skin diseases, rheumatism, heart disease and asthma disorders. It is easily accessible by the proximity of the airport in Alicante. La Marina is also close to major cities that can be used for excursions (Alicante, Elche, Orihuela, Murcia etc.). The location on the nature reserve of the salt pans allows for interesting excursions.

Beautiful holiday home near the beach
The house is well-equipped and very clean. Recommended. We felt comfortable right away. Beach in 10 minutes on foot. Good communication with the owner and manager. We spent 3 very nice weeks.

Top holiday home in a quiet location and close to the sea.
We spent a relaxing week with family and friends in the great holiday home in El Pinet. The communication with the owner and the caretaker of the holiday home was very good, they gave us all the necessary information and made sure that we felt comfortable in the house.
The holiday home is furnished with love and sense, the equipment is great and new and leaves nothing to be desired! The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, the kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is spacious. The air conditioning works great and cools the rooms very quickly. To avoid overloading the power grid, it is advisable not to turn on all air conditioners at once! The windows all have insect screens, but I have to say honestly, there were hardly any mosquitoes indoors or outdoors.
The outdoor area is well furnished, there is a shady spot and we had breakfast outside every day and ate dinner in the evening (during the day we were on the go). The large palm trees and orange trees surround the terrace and the cicadas create a Mediterranean background. A barbecue is also available.
At the residence "El Pinet", which is only a minute away from the house, there is a quiet and clean swimming pool where you can refresh yourself.
The holiday home is about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach of La Marina. We spent 2 days there and on the other days we used the car for excursions to various beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca.
So, we can definitely recommend the holiday home!

Beautiful villa and nice landlord
We arrived from Germany with a car, three of us. Fully equipped holiday home with a great garden and barbecue facilities. The communal pool is 100m away and very clean. The beach is about a 5-minute drive away. Gas station, Lidl, Mercadona, and Aldi are about 10 minutes away.
It was a great holiday in a great and clean holiday home.

Beautiful time in El Pinet

We are a family from the Rhine-Main region, who likes to vacation in a holiday house. We have 2 children of school age and wish us on vacation va rest, peace, warmth and a great beach nearby. 1996 we were the first time on the southern Costa Blanca. Before, we had visited many places in the Mediterranean; Also in Spain (from the Costa Blanca to Portugal). When our first child came to school and we were no longer flexible, the idea matured to buy a holiday home. From 2000 we were looking for and found a place during a holiday in 2002 - and immediately fell in love with us. The location right on the kilometer long beach and sea, nice quiet (not like on the Orihuela Costa) and the proximity to the airport Alicante and various cities. The climate has also convinced us. We also want to be there during the Easter and autumn holidays, so it should also be possible to be on the beach in April / October.
