The house is located in the very relaxing residence 'El Pinet' only 500 meters from the kilometer long sandy beach with dunes and pine trees of La Marina - Playa and directly at the nature reserve on the salt flats with rare birds and flamingos.
On the way to the beach you do not have to cross a main street. To the house belong two large communal pools with separated children's pool. The holiday house (built in 2004) has been modern and high quality furnished. We use the house itself in the Hessian school holidays. Your holiday home offers about 85 sqm of living space (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), a balcony and two terraces (over 40 sqm) with a magnificent view of the salt mines, the mountains and the sea. In addition, you will find a 75 sqm outdoor area, also by your (loan) car place, available. For your comfort have living room and the two bedrooms air conditioning and all windows double glazing with shutters. All floors are tiled. The house is ideal for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
• One stay is charged for a one-time fee of 60 euros. This is to be paid directly to the manager on site.
According to consumption:
20 cent / kw is calculated for electricity (according to consumption). In the low season, additional heating costs (gas) are charged separately.
Prices for long-term rent (from 4 weeks) in the low season (mid-October to late March) on request.

La Marina Pueblo is located directly on the coast of the southern Costa Blanca, between Santa Pola and Guardamar, along the coastal road N332; Only 20 km south of Alicante with a beautiful mountain panorama. The beach is just a few meters away and the place is very quiet. Here you will find all shopping possibilities (German and Spanish supermarkets, German bakeries), restaurants, doctors, pharmacies directly at the place. La Marina is not a pure holiday resort; Therefore something has to be done all year round. It is the ideal starting point for trips to Elche, Alicante, Murcia, Orihuela, Torrevieja, Benidorm, etc. In the house you will find travel guides and detailed guest information, which allows you an extensive leisure program. In addition, a German-speaking house administrator is available to answer your questions. Climate: We are here in the best climatic zone of Spain with about 300 sunny days a year, an average temperature of 16 ° C in January and 30 ° C in August.
Excursions - General: Within a radius of approximately 50 km you will find cities like Elche / Elx, Alicante, Orihuela, Murcia, Torrevieja, Benidorm, Guadelest, Cartagena etc. where you can discover a lot. In our holiday home you will find several travel guides, tips, maps etc. The hinterland of the Costa Blanca also has some surprises (eg dripstone caves, old Moorish villages, castles). Or just go shopping in Elche, Alicante or Murcia. You can also hire a bike at La Marina; Go riding in Guardamar or rent a Harley Davidson in Alicante.

Location: The southern Costa Blanca is coveted internationally as hardly any other region in Spain. It is referred to as the Florida of Europe due to the many sundays and even weather. Due to the high salt content in the air, it is popular for skin diseases, rheumatism, heart disease and asthma disorders. It is easily accessible by the proximity of the airport in Alicante. La Marina is also close to major cities that can be used for excursions (Alicante, Elche, Orihuela, Murcia etc.). The location on the nature reserve of the salt pans allows for interesting excursions.

Top holiday home in a quiet location and close to the sea.
We spent a relaxing week with family and friends in the great holiday home in El Pinet. The communication with the owner and the caretaker of the holiday home was very good, they gave us all the necessary information and made sure that we felt comfortable in the house.
The holiday home is furnished with love and sense, the equipment is great and new and leaves nothing to be desired! The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, the kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is spacious. The air conditioning works great and cools the rooms very quickly. To avoid overloading the power grid, it is advisable not to turn on all air conditioners at once! The windows all have insect screens, but I have to say honestly, there were hardly any mosquitoes indoors or outdoors.
The outdoor area is well furnished, there is a shady spot and we had breakfast outside every day and ate dinner in the evening (during the day we were on the go). The large palm trees and orange trees surround the terrace and the cicadas create a Mediterranean background. A barbecue is also available.
At the residence "El Pinet", which is only a minute away from the house, there is a quiet and clean swimming pool where you can refresh yourself.
The holiday home is about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach of La Marina. We spent 2 days there and on the other days we used the car for excursions to various beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca.
So, we can definitely recommend the holiday home!

Beautiful villa and nice landlord
We arrived from Germany with a car, three of us. Fully equipped holiday home with a great garden and barbecue facilities. The communal pool is 100m away and very clean. The beach is about a 5-minute drive away. Gas station, Lidl, Mercadona, and Aldi are about 10 minutes away.
It was a great holiday in a great and clean holiday home.

Quiet stay despite high season
The house is very well equipped, lovingly furnished and in a very quiet location. We felt very comfortable and were excellently looked after by the on-site manager. We will be happy to come back.

The holiday home is super furnished. The view from the terrace and the rooms is indescribably beautiful. The communal pool was also very clean and not far away. We would recommend the property immediately. The village is also beautiful and quiet, except for birdsong there are few sounds to be heard.

Holiday like at home
A very nice bright and modern furnished house. Everything you need is there. The beach is close by and there are 3 restaurants
Supermarkets, bakers and restaurants are within easy reach by car.
Of course, the beautiful garden should also be mentioned, sunbeds, barbecue and more is there.
We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back again!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Very beautiful holiday
We stayed in the Eberhardt family's holiday home in Nov/Dec and our expectations were fully met. The house is comfortably and cosily furnished, there is nothing missing, whether you are inside or outside in the beautiful garden. The landlord and manager are very nice and you feel well looked after. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice relaxing holiday
We spent 12 days in the holiday home as 5 adults. The equipment is good and leaves nothing to be desired. The house is beautiful and the garden invites you to linger. Breakfast under the pergola was very pleasant. The house is fully air-conditioned and the furniture is of high quality and beautiful. The kitchen equipment is also sufficient, even if the pans could slowly be renewed.
The area is quiet. However, due to the location, one is dependent on a car, even though the swimming pool is close by. It is nice and not overcrowded, so you can swim your laps in the morning without any problems.
All the questions we asked before the start of the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly.
The beach is beautiful, clean and not crowded. Moreover, you have the possibility to eat and drink in the beach bars. For going to the beach, there are even utensils like umbrellas and beach chairs in the garden shed.
Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

Very nice!
We spent ten days in the Eberhardt family's holiday home this summer and would like to share our positive experience.
The holiday home
The furnishings of the holiday home leave hardly anything to be desired. The modern kitchen really has everything, from cutlery to (cooking) utensils and all kinds of kitchen appliances. The clean bathrooms have enough space to store private hygiene items. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the beds allow for a restful sleep. All technical appliances work perfectly and the internet connection is excellent. Outside, there is a seating area under a shady pergola where you can have breakfast and drink wine.
The 'water'
It is about 100 metres from the house to the communal pool. The clean freshwater pool was never crowded during our stay in high season. The distance to the sea is about 1,5 km. The sand is fine and the sea stays shallow for a long time, which is especially nice for children.
The connections
A rental car during your stay is highly recommended, as the immediate surroundings are not yet very developed. You have to drive a few kilometres to the bakery/supermarket. At this point, I would like to point out to future holidaymakers in Spain the peculiarities of the multi-lane roundabout in Spain, which does not exist in Germany and you first have to get used to it.

Very relaxing summer holiday
We spent three wonderfully relaxing weeks on holiday as a family with two children. The house is beautifully and lovingly furnished and offers a lot of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped; nothing is missing and there are enough cupboards and chests of drawers to store all your personal belongings. The garden is just as fantastic, great place to eat with a covered pergola, a nice barbecue and plenty of space to sunbathe. The garden gives a lovely feeling of a Mediterranean holiday with lots of palm trees, orange trees and great flowering hibiscus.
The pool is within easy walking distance. It is very easy to park on the beach and enjoy the wonderfully wide sandy beach. The water was very clean and there was plenty of space on the beach.
There are plenty of shops in the vicinity, as well as restaurants for a delicious meal.
We all felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to our next holiday in this great holiday home.

Beautiful holiday home and very close to the beach.
We spent eleven relaxing weeks in this holiday home. The house is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. There was really nothing missing. The landlord and manager are very nice and helpful. The property is also very nicely designed - space for barbecues and sunbathing and lots of greenery! The sea and the beach are within easy reach. It is kilometres long, very clean and there is plenty of space. Three Spanish beach restaurants invite you to stay. The climate and the peace were simply heavenly. The holiday home is highly recommended and we will definitely be back next year.

Everything new and very well maintained and perfectly furnished, 1a location on the beach
We (2 adults, 1 child 8) were one of the first guests in spring 2018 in the newly renovated holiday home. The contact with the landlord in advance was good, we got all the necessary information. On site there was a nice manager who welcomed us and explained everything.
The house is completely furnished with a lot of taste and you notice that the owners are there themselves. The complex is in a quiet location; the sea is within walking distance and we really liked it because the beach is kilometres long and slopes gently (ideal for small children). We also liked the restaurants on the beach. We made several trips to Alicante, Elche and Murcia
Shopping nearby was great (Mercadona, Lidl)
We can only recommend the house; everything is right here. We will come again!

We are a family from the Rhine-Main region, who likes to vacation in a holiday house. We have 2 children of school age and wish us on vacation va rest, peace, warmth and a great beach nearby. 1996 we were the first time on the southern Costa Blanca. Before, we had visited many places in the Mediterranean; Also in Spain (from the Costa Blanca to Portugal). When our first child came to school and we were no longer flexible, the idea matured to buy a holiday home. From 2000 we were looking for and found a place during a holiday in 2002 - and immediately fell in love with us. The location right on the kilometer long beach and sea, nice quiet (not like on the Orihuela Costa) and the proximity to the airport Alicante and various cities. The climate has also convinced us. We also want to be there during the Easter and autumn holidays, so it should also be possible to be on the beach in April / October.
