Description
On 2 floors you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday with us. The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people.
On the ground floor you will find a large living and dining room, a separate kitchen and a guest toilet. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor. The large terrace and the completely fenced garden of approx. 700 sqm complete the picture.

The living and dining room has direct access to the 25 sqm terrace. A large living area with a cosy couch, smart TV, radio, CD and DVD player and a dining area with a large dining table make you feel at home.
For the little ones there are some DVDs, books and games available.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The smallest bedroom is equipped with two single beds and has a balcony.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with large double beds and very large wardrobes. In the larger bedroom there is an additional flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a large real glass shower, towel warmer and modern washbasin.
The terrace of approx. 25 sqm is accessible from the living room and offers a wonderful view of the Harz mountains.
The garden of the holiday home is approx. 700 sqm and completely fenced in with a 100 cm high fence. Garden furniture is available free of charge.

Great Cathedral
We already felt comfortable with the opening of the front door. A welcome gift for us and our dog was on the table, and we found a well-thought-out information folder about everything concerning our stay here.
Everything was wonderfully organized. The cozy furnishings and the beautiful Christmas decorations were hard to top. The equipment was very good.
The only criticism, which I will not include in the rating, is that the stairs are absolutely not suitable for four-legged friends. According to the landlord, this is supposed to be changed.
We will definitely come again.

Very satisfied
Dear Fuchs family,
the first impression we had when entering Sweet Home was super cozy, friendly, simply a place to feel good.
We were very happy about the little surprises: a small bottle of sparkling wine, chips, and even treats for our Anni.
Everything needed to start was available. Starting from coffee capsules, spices, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, nothing was missing.
We were here shortly after Christmas, and everything was so beautifully harmoniously decorated. Simply great. The interior design is color-coordinated and the cabinets offer sufficient space.
The non-slip stair coverings for the four-legged guests of the house are still missing. But that will surely be retrofitted.
We will definitely come back.

Wonderful house
The holiday home Fuchsbau SweetHome truly deserves its name, as you can really feel at home here. We missed nothing during our vacation. The house is perfectly furnished and clean. The location leaves nothing to be desired: shopping options, restaurants, and leisure activities like a swimming pool and ice rink are within walking distance. Within a short walk, you are in a great forest that looks simply beautiful right now in autumn. That was of course a paradise for our dog. We were able to spend a really great vacation in the fox den. The only thing we would have wished for differently would have been a second shower, as we traveled with two teenage girls. But that didn't really detract from our experience. The SweetHome is really highly recommended!

Holiday home SweetHome in Bad Sachsa
A beautiful vacation home located centrally but still quietly in a cul-de-sac, with a fully fenced property that has everything you need for a holiday. In particular, the large, fully fenced garden is a dog's paradise. Our miniature schnauzer Max really liked it, and so did we.
The house is clean, comfortable, and modernly furnished.
Fast Wi-Fi, two TVs with all channels, including Netflix, etc. , electronic, digital radiator thermostats, electronic door opening/closing with code without a key. This is very convenient. We particularly liked that electricity, water, and heating costs are included in the rent. This saves the hassle of reading and separate billing later. All shopping options such as REWE, ALDI, EDEKA, etc., as well as a gas station, are located nearby in the town and are easily accessible. The arrival day from 3:00 PM and departure day until 10:00 AM on Friday allows for a more pleasant journey to and from without the annoying weekend traffic on Saturday or Sunday. We were even able to move into the house before 3:00 PM with the code, which was great. The very friendly landlord, Mr. Fuchs, also stopped by in between, and we were able to discuss everything important with him and chat a bit. We spent very nice vacation days there, traveled every day throughout the Harz with all its great sights, and slept excellently. We can definitely recommend the house, especially for "dog people."
