Palazzina lies about 1 km from the centre of the historical city of Palaia. It is situated on the top of a hill (240 m above sea level) from which you can enjoy a superb 360°- panorama on the surrounding hills. The owners welcome their guests in nine two-room apartments (a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower) furnished wit great care and realised in the style of the ancient Tuscan rural tradition .

Italian law prohibits the occupation of more than the agreed number of people in the apartments (see description for details). Exceptions are made for one infant or for one youngster if space is available.

Each apartment has its own external space (terrace) equipped with a table, chairs and an umbrella; the apartments Ciliegia and Prugna have their own balcony. The particular atmosphere of our very comfortable and intimate two-room apartments, the vast green areas surrounding us, the quietness of the place make Palazzina the ideal arrival point for couples and not too large families who are looking for a place where they can relax. From here all the major historical cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and so on) and the coast can be reached in less than one hour drive.
