Super holiday home, very clean, lacking nothing in the facilities.
The location of the house, the terrace, the pool etc. offer a lot of space for a nice relaxing holiday

enchanted by the house, the village of Citta di Castello, and the beautiful surroundings

Umbria’s Poolside Charm
Perugia
The stay is unique, absolutely, but why does everything have to be old, rusty, corroded, or incomplete? The shower cabin was about to collapse and was far from clean. The toilet could use a good cleaning. There was 1 pot, 3 milk pans, all without lids. The refrigerator was overworking and was rusty inside. Kitchen inventory more than simple. Of the 3 light bulbs, 2 were broken. No balcony, we knew that, but a bench in a gigantic garden, which unfortunately was not ready for reception yet. Ordering food and drinks, a nice lounge chair or bike, this can only be done much later in the season. We have been out and about every day because the surroundings are really beautiful, this made us forget the poorly maintained holiday accommodation during the day. We will not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
