Description
These super luxurious newly completed new villa with top modern facilities situated on the sea and the beach and is only a few minutes walk from the center of Cala Mandia. The villa has spread over three levels with a total of 6 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor of a bedroom with a bathroom en suite and two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with panoramic sea views.
The Cala Mandia (or Cala Mendia in the Catalan spelling) is a well-kept villas and tourist urbanization on the east coast of Mallorca, about 55 km from Palma. The next town is Porto Cristo with the marina and the famous caves in around 6 km away. The site has a complete infrastructure with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The two beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Mandia (directly in front of the house) and Cala Anguila invite you to a relaxing beach holiday. From the terraces of the local excellent beach restaurants you can enjoy the magnificent view of the bay and the beaches.
You enter your home through the spacious open floor area. From here you get into the bedroom / living room on the ground floor, the basement and the upper floor. The spacious and representative living / dining room with two large windows facing the sea is one of the highlights of this house. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea.
The large covered terrace off the living room simultaneously provides some shade in the rooms, allowing you to have a comfortable living environment even on hot summer days. From the terrace a staircase leads down to the pool and outdoor terrace. Before the entrance there is another terrace to enjoy the evening sun with a direct view of the sea.
The modern designer kitchen also has a large door to the breakfast terrace overlooking the sea and also offers plenty of space for a corresponding cooking experience ever with dining u. Try Square. The utility room with dirty pool sowei connection for a washing machine and dryer can be accessed directly from the kitchen. In the rear part of the building there is a large bedroom with access to the terrace and a guest completely in marble sinks, large shower and toilet.
The upper floor has two large, comfortable marble bathrooms, one en suite with access to the terrace. and three large bedrooms. Each bathroom has a washbasin facility marble with double sinks, whirlpool tub, shower, toilet and bidet. From two bedrooms, the total of 3 bedrooms upstairs, cause wide French doors out to the large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the Playa Mandia. The last 2 large bedrooms are located in the basement of the villa and have no direct sunlight, only skylights. There is still a large bathroom with wash basin and toilet facility with oversized shower area and additional dousing. On the street side are 2 covered with a pergola parking spaces (high fence, secure electric gates). The plot in a light south-facing slope is terraced. From the terrace on the ground floor, a staircase leads to the pool area. About the footpath below the lawn area you have direct access to the sandy beach (100m).

The sea right outside your front door, in an unobstructed area, offers this newly built villa is a Living / effective area with covered and open terraces of approx 665 sqm. On three floors you will find a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a utility room and very nice spacious living u. Dining rooms with large terraces and a magnificent view of the sea and the Cala Mandia.
The house is architecturally very well integrated into the slight slope. The spacious floor plan emphasizes the exclusive character of the property. In the garden there is a very nice placed infinity pool with Jacuzzi (also overlooking the sea). In addition, the object still has a pergola as a parking space for 2 cars. Land and buildings are completely oriented to the south, so you have the sun all day.

Wonderful holiday in a dream house
Our expectations were exceeded, the house, the location, nothing was missing.
Perfect cleanliness, Patrizia and Chris welcomed us warmly and looked after us very well.
The large pool, direct access to the beautiful beach and sea, it couldn't be better.
The house is furnished with a lot of taste and luxury, everything is there, whether in the kitchen, terrace with very comfortable couches and beds in the bedroom, ,great lounge or the super perfect interior.
In any case, this house is worth a visit, we will definitely come again.
Many thanks to the Jäger family for allowing us to experience such a wonderful holiday.
In summary, it doesn't get any better than this!

Location, luxury, way of life
"Even though the photos already have a quite decent expressive power - in 'real life' it is overwhelming - the house, the view, the surroundings - simply perfect. The equipment of the villa is more than complete. So there is suitable equipment for every cooking idea, nothing is missing! We were particularly impressed by the very pleasant and absolutely simple process of renting the dream house; the advice and tips from the team on site were also excellent and helpful. The highest compliment is quite simple: We will be back and are already looking forward to it very much!!"

Just Chillin’
We had a very relaxing stay in Cala Mendia. It is a pretty quiet town in its own right, and we were there over Easter before the season really started, so it was very peaceful, we could walk into any restaurants without booking and the roads were quiet.
The villa is very well kitted out - no need to bring anything at all. It was spotlessly clean and the management team were excellent. I really can’t fault it. The best thing is the fantastic sea view and the sound of the waves. The local beach had some pretty good surfing waves on windy days, and there is plenty to do up and down the East Coast.

ALMOND BLOSSOM IN MALLORCA - Sun and Sightseeing
The villa is a highlight:
Big, comfortable and beautifully quiet.
Every morning we could enjoy a magnificent view of the sunrise.
Long walks by the sea, along the rocky coast to the coves and the 3 "lonely" beaches were simply fantastic after the bad weather at home.
Everything worked perfectly, starting with the booking, handover and departure.
There were very nice contact persons who could help us competently with numerous information to make our holiday in January varied.
In the village itself, some restaurants are open, as well as a bakery and shops for self-catering.
For larger shopping trips and activities, all shops and bars in the neighboring Porto Cristo are open.
At the beginning of the almond blossom, this time already in the last week of January, we had great weather.
It was always warm and sunny between 16 and 19 degrees.
January was an ideal travel time for us:
Island trips without rental car traffic jams, fewer tour buses and trucks on the roads, no parking problems in Palma and never crowded restaurants or overcrowded weekly markets.
We would love to come back next year - there is still so much to discover in Mallorca!

...once again indulged!!!
... ... and have already made a note of the date for spring 2018. The price-performance ratio is more than correct, and we have plenty of opportunities for comparison. The fantastic view over the pool to the sea is overwhelming - the size and width of the rooms and the furnishings fit perfectly. The contact with the owner and his team on site was again wonderfully uncomplicated and very pleasant. Acquaintances who were on the island at the same time - very good hotel in Cala Millor - stood speechless in the entrance area when they visited "our" dream villa; they are now seriously thinking about this kind of holiday after all! Their own house, their own pool - a hotel cannot offer such independence, peace and freedom.

Worth every EURO !
Super villa with super view ! We got married in Mallorca and rented the villa for us and our family. Location and equipment breathtaking. Handling without any problems. The service deserves special mention! Patricia, the manager on site was always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Whether shuttle service or sailing trip, even dinner on late arrival was organised by her. A big thank you again, Villa and Patricia made our wedding unforgettable!

Super......would love to do it again.
We enjoyed a fantastic week in this dream villa by the sea.
Everything was as described and in reality even more beautiful and better than shown in the photos.
Super spacious rooms, large shady terraces, oversized beds, luxury bathrooms, etc. etc.
Just the large pool alone, where you had the feeling of swimming directly into the open sea, is a highlight that is unparalleled.
The handling of the booking, arrival, handover, and return of the deposit was exemplary.
Conclusion: We will definitely treat ourselves to this again at the next opportunity.
