Welcome to our holiday home by the bathing lake! Our modern 4-star house offers you everything that makes a relaxing holiday. The large sun terrace invites you to relax, sunbathe, barbecue and play. The light-flooded rooms are modern and furnished with love - you will feel at home! The house has 85 sqm of living space - on the ground floor is the open-plan living area with dining area and fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting area, a bedroom with double bed as well as a large shower room and a storage room with washing machine. A large children's room with three single beds and TV as well as a spacious gallery with two sofa beds are located on the upper floor. All rooms have external blinds. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: Washing machine, rotary dryer, microwave, coffee capsule machine, dishwasher, satellite TV (2), DVD player, mini Hi-Fi system, WLAN, hairdryer, additional cot and high chair as well as children's tableware, garden chairs for at least 8 people, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, some books ...

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located directly at the bathing lake with private bathing bay. A new, modern water ski facility, pedal boats, stand-up paddle boards, a beautiful children's playground, a large sunbathing lawn, a beach chair and beach lounger rental, sanitary facilities with showers, a snack bar and a café are located directly on the white sandy beach of the lake. The bathing lake is supervised by the DLRG - there is a separate bathing area for children. A beautiful riding stable and a fitness studio are within walking distance. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking and cycling. The location at the bathing lake is the ideal starting point to the many sights of East Frisia, to the beautiful city of Aurich with its inviting pedestrian zone and nice restaurants and cafes, to the Eternal Sea, the North Sea coast with its beautiful seaside resorts, lighthouses, the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, which invite you to a day trip. A great fun pool, a skating hall and a large climbing forest are only a few kilometres away. For children there is a very nice animal park in Rechtsupweg (Birgits Tiergarten) with approx. 400 animals and a petting enclosure on approx. 28000 sqm.

Vacation at the North Sea
We stayed in this house for 5 days and it really lacked nothing. We felt super comfortable and the location of the house is a dream. I can really only recommend taking a few days off there. We will be happy to come back :)

Dreamily beautiful?
Deeply impressed by the loving furnishings and harmony of the house, it left nothing to be desired. Everything you can think of is available. Super well maintained and clean. We had a lot of fun visiting our family in Aurich. Also worth mentioning is the private beach. It's amazing??!!!!!!! We will always choose this house when we are in Aurich. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Impeccable and beautifully located
Super nice holiday home with almost everything your heart desires. Unfortunately, for the region, there is no covered terrace, which would be the only shortcoming, if any.
Communication with the landlords is fantastic, as it can only be. We had wonderful days, even without Wi-Fi ;)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine unverbaute Sicht ins Grüne und auf den Badesee. Wir haben uns die 9 Tage hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren über Ostern 1Woche bei Familie Klassen in ihrem wundervollen, gemütlichem Haus zu Gast.Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wir haben gegrillt und es waren sogar Kinderspiele vor Ort?.Die Lage des Hauses ist grandios mit Blick auf den Badesee .Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.Vielen Dank an Familie Klassen

Top Ferienhaus
Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns in ihrem Haus sehr wohl. So bekamen wir viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der ausliegenden Mappe in der Umgebung. Leider war durch Corona einiges eingeschränkt. Aber auch die Anlage selber mit eigenem Badestrand und Wasserskianlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Fazit: Machen sie weiter so und bleiben gesund .Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder .

Urlaub
Hallo Fam.Klaassen,wir hatten eine wunderschöne sonnige Woche bei ihnen.Es hat an nichst im Haus gefehlt.Das einzige was ein bisschen gestört hat waren die Fliegen es wäre angebracht Fliegenschutz anzubringen.Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder und werden ihr Haus weiterempfehlen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub
Liebe Fam. Klaaßen,
das war ein echt toller Urlaub!!! Viel gesehen und erlebt!!! Das Haus ist einfach nur Top - es fehlt nichts. Der See einfach nur ein Traum, viele Spielmöglichkeiten, abgeteilte Bereiche für Groß & Klein, Spielplatz und und und ... Unseren Kindern hat es auch sehr gut gefallen - die konnten sich richtig austoben. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlichst bei Ihnen!!!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!
Der Badesee ist wirklich toll und total sauber, die Baywatch Girls und Boys sind sehr aufmerksam und nett :-) Die Kinderanimation am See ist spitze, Reiten, Basteln, Kinderolympiade, Kinderkino u.v.m… auch für die ältere Generation ist der See mit seinen Vorzügen sehr zu empfehlen, nette Strandbar und eine tolle Wasserskianlage. Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und war für uns 5 platzmäßig völlig ausreichend, sehr sauber, gepflegt, nett eingerichtet und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Hier fehlte wirklich nichts!!! Wir haben einen Tag auf Norderney verbracht und sind auch einmal an der Nordsee gewesen, dies liegt alles um die Ecke und ist mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Wir kommen wieder, auf jeden Fall!!!

Perfekt!
Wir haben einen herrlichen Kurzurlaub verbracht!
Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen, alles war 1a sauber und gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Besonders unsere Kinder (9 und 11 Jahre) waren hellauf begeistert von "ihrer" Etage und wollten gar nicht wieder nach Hause. Man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen und der Badesee mit Strandbar und Wasserskianlage ist klasse - da braucht man bei Badewetter gar kein Meer mehr :)
Für uns war es hoffentlich nicht der letzte Aufenthalt!
