Then you are exactly right with us!
Our holiday house is located in and location, but still close to the center of Aqua Delta and in accordance with the dike, the Grevelingenmeer, the marina and beach. On foot or by bike you can reach very quickly as well as all the amenities.
The house is a detached house with 80m² of living space and 391m² own revolving plot and was extensively renovated in 2016/2017 and newly furnished. The entire house is architecturally really lovingly and with its lattice windows flooded with light, friendly and bright. You can in the yard, own entrance, front of the house with max. 2 "normal" car park. The plot is completely enclosed, fenced and planted with an eye for detail.
Once in the hallway you have to right the small room with washing machine and heating, door straight ahead leads to the guest toilet and the door to the left to the spacious living room. In the living room reached you reach the right side of the kitchen with dining area and the patio door. The living room is equipped with a large couch, etc., a small Secretary, 2 rattan armchairs, a TV Flat, DVD player, music system, fireplace (bio ethanol), with nearly circumferential view of the garden. The kitchen is in our view a piece of jewelry and equipped with all that is needed and more. You also including the gas hob with 4 options, the refrigerator, the oven / microwave combi and a dishwasher (45cm). The terrace is very spacious and virtually invisible. From here you can access on both sides to the garden, shed and driveway. The garden itself offers various possibilities to linger.
This home is completely renovated inside and out and have been furnished and promises a very pleasant and modern ambience to feel comfortable.
A gas boiler is integrated, so you can also enjoy the winter months.
The Bio Ethanol Fireplace not forget please, conveys a very relaxed feeling of space above all in the winter months., Also justified by the gallery.
Generally the whole Opjekt is very extensively equipped.
Be it outside with a rattan dinning furniture, sun loungers, various surfaces, Smoker BBQ, electric awning, etc., or even indoors.
The reasonable wireless network must also be mentioned, which is provided free of charge, the accurate TV Flat (40 "Samsung) and other amenities such as CD player with radio, DVD player, satellite system with all major German channels etc.
From the living room leads on the curved wooden staircase to the gallery.

Location and surroundings of object
The entire system consists of 4 parks. The first-mentioned house is located in the park part Hoogerwerfsweg.
Hoogerwerfsweg is about 15 minutes walk from the center of Aqua Delta. A very nice park part where only individual detached homes built with beautiful gardens are available. From here you get after 500m to the dike.
Throughout the park you will find large green area, with various sports facilities for young and old such as table tennis, volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc., and playgrounds.
In the center of Aqua Delta you have more or less everything you need for a pleasant holiday.
Ranging from bike rental incl. Scooter, over squash, swimming pool with a large outdoor terrace & slide, lunch with affiliated free indoor playground for children, restaurant, bistro, billiards, bowling, supermarket to another outdoor playground where also animation for children takes place in the seasons, everything is there.
Furthermore, here is a kind of gears for both small and great, trampoline etc.
Seasonal takes place also children's entertainment here.
Links from the supermarket is through an underpass directly to the dike.
On the right side after the underpass there is a launderette where you can wash and dry your laundry costs.
In Aquadelta itself is the reception Aqua Delta, where you can also get a variety of information about recreational activities.
Generally there are seats in the indoors and outdoors, where you can enjoy the atmosphere and be pampered.
Have you climbed the dike direction Aqua Delta, you get a direct view of the Grevelingenmeer and the new and very accurate marina.
The Grevelingenmeer itself is the largest saltwater lake in Europe and has a very good water quality. Given that the Grevelingenmeer is adjacent to one side directly on the North to other side for fresh water, salt water concentration is not so high and diverse animal species to flourish here.
The marina offers many opportunities as naturally berths for motorboats and sailboats primarily, a restaurant with a very nice ambience inside and outside terraces, which are partly applied floating on the water.
Further features of the marina on recreational areas, very well laid out for the children, a supermarket, boat accessories shop etc.
To the left side along the marina takes you to the sailing school, where you can practice several water sports like canoeing & sloops for hire, banana boating, sailing and surfing lessons etc.
To linger invites also the good lunch with a relaxed atmosphere where you can eat and drink cost. The Snack and sailing school are only open seasonally.
Directly adjacent to the left side of the sailing school and the marina, you have the little "beach area". This is an artificial, semi-circular scale, untouched natural beach.
The right side along the dike and marina towards Bruinisse takes you to another small beach, where there is a bathing platform is also in season

Bruinisse is a village with about 4000 inhabitants and is within walking distance from the house. Direction Aquadelta and marina, on the dike right, is just a few minutes to Bruinisse.
In the center of Bruinisse is a very good supermarket, restaurants, shops and a large and good snack.
Bruinisse were diked as one of the last areas on the island of Duiveland in 1467 by Adriaan van Borsele. The mud flats in the surrounding areas were outstandingly suitable for shellfish farming, so that this industry (to 1963), along with the seeding oysters for important income source. In Fishing (Visserijmuseum in Oudestraat) this part of the past comes alive. Part of today's clam vessel fleet in the harbor of Zijpe (East Harbour). In the former port of the ferry between Anna-Jacobapolder and Zijpe today mussels are grown in suspension culture.
In Bruinisse 31 fishing vessels are located, [1] they and tourism characterize the town. On the dike on the Grevelingenmeer is a sculpture of an opened clam.

Approximately 1 km from the Park de Kreek and not far from the Park Hoogerwerf is the 18 hole golf course Grevelingenhout. The area of the golf course is very beautiful surrounded by nature and is quite affordable.

Zierikzee (notation: Zierczee, Ziericzee) is a city in the southeastern Netherlands Schouwen-Duiveland (Zeeland) and about 10 minutes drive from the cottage.
Zierickzee is a very beautiful, seemingly small town where you have several restaurants and shopping available.
The city covers about 2300 hectares of land and had the beginning of 2012 of 11,000 residents. By Zeelandbrug ( »Zealand Bridge") Zierikzee in North Beveland and thus linked to the extreme south of the Netherlands and in the direction of Antwerp and Ghent.
Middelharnis (Zeeland Menheerse) was a town in the Dutch province of South Holland on the island Goeree-Overflakkee with 18,049 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012) [1] and a surface area of km² (of which km² water).
Also Middelharnis is within 10 minutes to reach in the opposite direction to Zierikzee and also provides diverse or culinary and shopping.
Middelharnis is also the name of the capital of this former church. since 1 January 2013 is a member of Goeree-Overflakkee.
The nearest beaches are via good 20 minutes in Scharendijke. Scharendijke borders on Grevelingenmeer the North Sea. Even the trip to the stands is fantastic by seen to the right side, the Grevelingenmeer and the left side of the North Sea with beautiful beaches.

If these beaches do not and you want more intensively enjoy the beaches and sand dunes, even during peak season not crowded, go to Burgh Haamstede past towards beaches and experience more and more intense dunes and beaches. Here you have to take a few more minutes away by car in the purchase. Nevertheless fantastically !!!

We are a family of 4 and chose the environment Aqua Delta, there is more than just a well-rounded offer here. Here is very much needed in the immediate vicinity, just something for everyone. Whether sports, nature, the sea and thus to the beaches or just dangle your soul, or enjoy the fresh mussels, everything is possible here. Let your kids run wild in the green landscaped gardens and relax in front of the fireplace or in the garden ...
