Holiday flat no. 1 offers space, comfort and relaxation for max. 6 people + 1 infant in the "Landhaus zur Wiek" on Rügen. The name "Storchenicht" ("Stork's View") of the holiday flat indicates the close-to-nature, very quiet location. Two bedrooms are in the attic, the living room with adjoining new kitchen and one of the bedrooms and the shower bath are at ground level, so the flat is also popular for taking a walking-impaired or elderly person with you. The country house has a washing machine and a well-maintained sauna in an outbuilding.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Landhaus zur Wiek" with its 2 holiday flats "Storchensicht" and "Gänseblick" is situated on a huge property at the end of an access road that ends at the house. The location is therefore very quiet, you look out over fields, a small wood and the horse meadow belonging to the house. A small footpath leads from the country house to the Wiek, a bay of the Ostseebodden. You can reach the natural beaches of the Zudar peninsula on Rügen quickly by bike or car, but also for excursions to the Baltic Sea resorts.

Clock-like flat, honest prices
Old house well modernised but low ceilings with beams downstairs. The prices were honest and nothing was missing, as I saw when I was looking for a holiday home for this year that many people on Rügen charge extra for energy, which is not allowed. Here they were included in the price and we didn't have to pay anything extra. The location of the house is very quiet at the end of the street in the village. The dog was no problem and felt right at home - he is one too. We always took him down to the small beach. For the real beach you have to drive a short distance, but it was quick with the bikes.

Eine FeWo zum sich Erholen !
Wir kamen aus Bayern und waren mit Freunden im Herbst hier. Der Herbst ist auch die Zeit für grossartige Vogelzüge. Unsre kleine Reisegruppe war davon wie auch von der grosszügig angelegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung begeistert. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Empfohlen für: Romantik-/Natururlaub.

Thank you for the beautiful days in the very well-equipped vacation apartment. Especially the house caretaker was really kind and helpful: for example, when the hairdryer broke, she immediately bought a new one on the next working day and brought it over.
