Description
Our 3-room holiday flat (63m²) was built in 2010 and rented out for the first time in 2011. The non-smoking flat is equipped for an occupancy of 4 persons (pet on request).
Due to its location on the first floor, the flat is easily accessible for families with small children, as well as for disabled and elderly people and guests with dogs. Due to its location on the 1st floor, the flat cannot be seen from the outside, or only with difficulty; your privacy is therefore guaranteed.
The flat has a living room with open kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a shower room with underfloor heating and a storage room.
We have furnished all rooms comfortably, with warm colours and much attention to detail, because they should invite you to stay, relax and come back !
There is an allocated (free) parking space for the guests directly at the house. The flat also has a storage room for bicycles. This room (18 m²) is shared by the 8 parties of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in a newly built residential area on the eastern edge of Koserow, directly at the foot of the Streckelsberg mountain. To get to the beach, you only have to walk past a few houses, and then along an approx. 500 m long path directly through the wonderful beech forest. Before descending the steps for about 25 m, a magnificent view from the cliff shore over the Baltic Sea awaits you.
At this point, the beach is very sheltered from the wind and, due to its location on the outskirts of the village, is not overcrowded even in the high season. The textile beach, nudist beach and dog beach are all within easy walking distance. In the bathing season, snack vendors drive along this section of the beach, so that your catering should be assured.
If you prefer the more central part of the beach, you will find it about 800 m from the holiday flat in the direction of the pier. At this point, the cliff is already significantly flatter, so there are fewer steps leading down to the water.
Those who would like to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle can of course also use the beach section directly at the pier
at the pier.
So you see, there is a beach nearby for every taste.
In Koserow you will find the Bernstein Medical Spa, where you can treat yourself to relaxing treatments for a fee or a prescription.
The large island spas (Ostseetherme Ahlbeck/ Bernsteintherme Zinnowitz) also offer the complete wellness programme, ideal for the cold season, for example.
Shopping
A supermarket, a bakery, a petrol station and the Stolz department stores', where you can buy everything you need for your daily needs, are all about 800 metres away.
Cash machines of the Sparkasse and Volksbank are located directly in Koserow. CashGroup machines are located in Wolgast or Anklam. The nearest Cashpool machines are in Greifswald.
Hiking/ Cycling
It is only a few metres from the flat to the Streckelsberg forest. There, the coastal cycle path runs, over which you can easily reach both the northern and the southern part of the island. Koserow's central location on the island makes it an ideal starting point for various tours.
By the way, you can rent a bicycle directly in Koserow.
Koserow is situated at the narrowest point of Usedom, so that both the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser can be reached quickly.
The resort is the largest of the three amber spas, but is not yet as crowded as the Kaiserbäder.
Koserow's strength lies not in its architecture, but in its proximity to nature.
