Dear Ms T.
i was surprised to read your evaluation. I am sorry that you had this individual experience with us.
Before guests arrive, the temperature is checked with an infrared thermometer. It was in accordance with the general specifications for the different types of rooms. The infrared radiators are controlled by a thermostat.
Of course, personal temperature perceptions are always different and could have been compensated for in the aforementioned situation, in a practical way, by additional personal clothing or the use of the blankets provided by us.
With warm and heartfelt greetings, I remain as the hut fairy on duty
PS: I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our guests who leave our hut clean and tidy!
