The holiday home is idyllically situated on a hill directly at the edge of the forest. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a lawn and garden furniture. The town centre can be reached on foot in about 15 min. There is an inn nearby (5 min). Ruhla is located in the middle of Germany, nestled between the mountains of the Thuringian Forest. The exceptionally interesting history of the mountain town is reflected in the preserved buildings as well as in the cultural life. In addition to a number of unique sights, nature lovers can enjoy extensive hiking trails (the Rennsteig) with beautiful views. Countless excursion destinations such as castles, palaces, museums, exhibitions, sports facilities, water parks, caves, mines and the cities of Eisenach, Gotha, Erfurt, Weimar and Meiningen are within easy reach.
