Holiday apartments and houses on Gran Canaria

The bungalow is top equipped and very well maintained. It is a pleasure to live in. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything the heart desires. The same goes for the living room, bathroom area, and bedroom.
We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace and also eating dinner there when we didn't go out to eat.
And Roger Diem also provided extensive information.
He is a very reliable contractual partner.
Also Petra and Ebi, who handle the organization on site including. Airport transfer is taken care of, very friendly and reliable people. All in all, a perfect accommodation.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation. The location was perfect for us. The manager was friendly and always reachable by phone. The kitchen furniture is somewhat outdated. The ceramic cooktop had a crack and the refrigerator was partially missing its interior. I would have liked a grill on the terrace. Maybe as a small suggestion... :)

Thank you, Fam. Guttenberger, for such a great apartment. Everything was perfect here! We have been flying to "PLAYA" for about 35 years, and this is the best we have had so far! Starting from the front door to the balcony, we felt very comfortable here!! Unfortunately, there is one downside that cannot be overlooked. However, the Fam. Guttenberger cannot do anything about this. We had 10 days of construction noise/renovation work from several apartments in the building and unbearable noise from Spanish children at the pool, sometimes until 21:00. 12 AM and they were not tourists - what a pity. But as I said, the Guttenberger family can't prevent that either. But again, folks - the price-performance ratio and the apartment couldn't be better!!!
