Overall, the house is very tidy. Upstairs (OG) are only two bedrooms (no bathroom \\ / WC). On the ground floor living room with open kitchen ࿌ then he and bathroom \\ / WC (1 room). The heater in the living area and first floor consists of electr. Nachtspeichern, the oven warm very quickly \\ / is hot in the living room, so you do not need the stove for heating. Actually, you could probably skip this oven, because this creates a bottleneck at the dining table. The bathroom only with electr. Radiators (1000 \\ / 2000 watts) are heated in ceiling height.
