We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful holiday park, even though some facilities are a bit dated. We were five people accommodated in a well-furnished holiday home for six. However, the kitchen was somewhat limited for our group; there wasn't enough cutlery and dishes, and the dishwasher and refrigerator were rather small. The countertop was low and small, but with a little adjustment, we managed well. In one of the bedrooms, there was a bunk bed, with the upper bed being very close to the ceiling. Otherwise, everything was fine. The holiday homes are terraced, so we hardly heard anything from the neighbors. The swimming pool is a bit older, but fine for a few visits. Unfortunately, the showers in the pool area have been out of order for weeks. The table tennis tables were somewhat worn and uneven, but playable. The tennis court was quite dirty but could also be used. In the nearby area, there are many beautiful hiking trails that can be reached within 90 minutes. In good weather, a (paid) visit to Lake Bostal for swimming is worthwhile. Groceries can be bought in Birkenfeld, which is about a 10-minute drive away. In summary: A great holiday destination at a fair price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and helped us leave everyday stress behind. The quiet surroundings and friendly care contributed to us feeling comfortable right away. We would love to come back!

We spent four nights here with my daughter and were very satisfied. Our apartment was tastefully furnished with solid wood and clean. There were garbage bags at the reception, which was convenient. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The only small downside was the missing sofa cushions. The breakfast was good and was regularly replenished. The dinner at Tropicana was our personal highlight. The selection on the menu was excellent, and there was a nice children's menu. The entertainment team for the kids really made an effort to provide the little ones with a great time. The Activity Planet was fantastic. Climbing was a lot of fun for both us and the children. I would especially like to highlight the staff member Tim, who always kept an eye on everything and was very helpful. A big thank you to him, as he encouraged my daughter to overcome her initial fear. After she succeeded, she was immediately 10 cm taller! The swimming pool was great – clean and spacious. The water was pleasantly warm, and the staff offered bathrobes to guests who were cold. All in all, I have nothing to complain about. Our stay was fantastic! The staff was great; you can tell they enjoy customer service. We will definitely come back in the summer!
