Location and surroundings of object

The *** holiday home Haus Nahetal in the northern Saarland is located in the municipality of Nohfelden in the district of Gonnesweiler, a maximum of 300 metres - or a five-minute walk - from Lake Bostal.
Due to the higher location of the house, you have a wonderful view of the Nahe valley.
You will find us if you come from Türkismühle in Gonnesweiler, take the second right into Söterner Straße and immediately the first left into Kirchstraße. After the church, turn right into Frühlingstraße and after approx. 300 metres on the right-hand side you will have reached your holiday home Haus Nahetal.

The village of Gonnesweiler has a restaurant, hairdresser and car repair shop.
There are two riding stables, a boules court and a playground
On the Gonnesweiler side of the lake is the dam, the surfing base a lido, beach bar ...

If you like to spend your leisure time by the water, the Bostalsee lake near Gonnesweiler in the northern Saarland is ideal. With 120 hectares of water, it is the largest recreational lake in southwest Germany. Leisure activities on offer include swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, diving, hiking, walking, cycling and mountain biking, pedal boating and beach volleyball. The annual lake festival at the end of July is well known, as is the children's festival at Whitsun.
There are many things to do and discover at the lake and in the surrounding area, and we wish you lots of fun!

Supermarket, bakery, discounter, pharmacy, post office in the flower shop, ice cream parlour, doctor, savings bank, e-filling station at the railway station and petrol stations can be found in Türkismühle, distance 4 kilometres.

We, the hosts/landlords, must collect this tourism tax from you, the guests, and pay it to the municipality every month, passing on your data: Name, address, date of birth, age... to the municipality.

Guest Accommodation Conditions *** Vacation Apartment Haus Nahetal 1. The guest accommodation contract/booking is concluded as soon as the vacation apartment has been ordered and confirmed or provided. Written form is not strictly necessary. 2. The conclusion of the booking/guest accommodation contract obligates both the guest and the host to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract was made. 2.1. Both the guest and the host do not participate in consumer dispute resolution. 3. The host is obligated to compensate the guest if the vacation apartment is not available. This obligation is waived if the host was unable to provide the apartment on time due to an unavoidable event beyond their control or due to force majeure. 4. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed price from the booking minus 10% in the event of cancellation/non-compliance with the contractual services. Free cancellations are only possible up to 61 days before arrival. 4.1. In accordance with legal obligations, the guest is informed that there is no right of withdrawal for guest accommodation contracts initiated by distance selling (telephone calls, catalogs, emails, letters, faxes, messages sent via mobile service (SMS) as well as broadcasting and telemedia), except as provided by the legal regulations on the failure to utilize rental services (§ 537 BGB). However, a right of withdrawal exists if the guest accommodation contract was concluded outside of business premises, unless the verbal negotiations on which the contract is based were conducted following a prior order by you as the consumer; in this latter case, there is no right of withdrawal. 5. Without specific effort and considering the special nature of the booked accommodation (e.g., non-smoking apartment, no pets), the host should attempt to rent the accommodation to someone else. Until it is rented to others, the guest must pay the rent minus 10%. Free cancellations are only possible up to 61 days before arrival. 6. The host will provide the vacation apartment and its associated facilities in full for the entire duration of the stay as agreed in the booking. 7. The guest is obligated to treat the apartment, its furnishings, the building, and outdoor areas with care. It is necessary to adhere to the information found within the apartment, house rules, waste separation, and the NO SMOKING policy. 8. In case of non-timely payment or serious violations, or if the guest is suspected of not adhering to the agreement with the host, scheming fraudulently, and to prevent impending damage, the host or their representative has the right to terminate the contract immediately. This includes the case where there is intentional causing of serious soiling or destruction of the apartment and its furnishings or the building and outdoor areas, possibly even denying access before arrival. The guest is liable for any damage caused to the host in full, including all costs for repair and replacement of destroyed or unusable items. The guest must continue to pay rent minus 10%, as well as possibly for rental losses during the time of repair/cleaning and restoration. 9. Internet use is permitted only within legal limits. Any criminal activity, especially using P2P NETWORKS or FILE SHARING SYSTEMS, and costly downloads, etc., are forbidden! If violations result in costs or lead to third-party claims, the guest is fully liable for these, including the landlord’s attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses. 10. The host and their representatives are entitled to enter the apartment during the guest's absence to prevent dangers and imminent damage. 11. A security deposit is to be paid along with the rent and is refunded after a defect-free final cleaning as per the terms of Point 8 as well as the house rules, via bank transfer. 12. General legal venue: The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the host.
