The location is very nice, not far from the sea. You can also use the landlord's property. The landlords are very nice, they came immediately to greet us and showed us everything. If we had any questions, we could ask them in English.

Nice complete house with everything included. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Air conditioning is available for both cold and heat. Microwave and oven are present. You have to use a fold-down ladder to go upstairs to sleep, where you can't stand up straight, so you have to crawl into bed but it was a good bed! If this doesn't work, you can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You can park on the driveway.

The house is in a very quiet location with a view of the Baltic Sea, supermarkets and restaurants can only be reached by car. If you want peace and quiet, this is the right place. We liked the location ourselves. Unfortunately, the house was very expensive in terms of heating. There are only electric heaters and the windows are leaky, you could almost stick your little finger through. The fireplace was also difficult to get going. Smoke came inside twice, directly from the fireplace, even though everything was set up correctly. Other issues: uncomfortable beds, no kettle, and in general, a bit small. The payment of the security deposit at the house is also somewhat confusing. We thought that someone would be waiting for us upon arrival because the description said that the security deposit had to be paid at the house. But no one came. We tried to visit the DanCenter office in Falkenberg, which seems to no longer exist. In the end, we left the deposit in the house along with the electricity bill. It remains exciting to see if and how the difference will be refunded.
