The location of the accommodation is very beautiful! She is very quiet and the adjacent street is not heavily trafficked. Especially noteworthy is the secluded location not far from a lake (Tostaholmen/Pikesjön). The landlord allows fishing without a fishing permit, so it is free. We caught some pikes. It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the lake, where you have your own jetty with a boat and a nice seating area. There are also various nice seating areas on the property where you can linger. The house has a new conservatory where you can spend beautiful hours and have your meals. The accommodation is also very well maintained and offers everything you need for a short stay, but also for a long-term stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers all kinds of cooking utensils, from mixers to immersion blenders to very sharp knives. A large part of the utensils is in a relatively new condition and also very well maintained. Although this is not listed in the offer, the holiday home has very fast 5G WiFi, which also extends to the annex. The beds are quite soft but very comfortable and cozy. We also liked the beautiful decoration with many lighting options, making it possible to create an even more pleasant atmosphere in the house. The main house is mainly heated with a heat pump; you can optionally use the fireplace, and wood is available. There are no additional radiators in the main house, but this is not a problem because the heat pump is very powerful. The annex is heated with a radiator in both the bathroom and the bedroom. The landlord Jan-Anders is very friendly and very concerned about the well-being of his guests. He is always available and has many suggestions for activities in the area. Finally, it should be mentioned that the cleanliness is good, and cleaning supplies were available.

The house is uniquely located with a view of the lake. We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. It is very quiet, apart from the house next door, there are no neighbors. It has a good layout of rooms and seating areas. Well-equipped, with a very large fridge where you can store plenty of things.
