Very nice experience to stay on a houseboat. The spot where the boat lights up is fantastic, overlooking the lake. Very suitable for 2 people, otherwise it will be a bit tight. Shower, heating. Service was good on our complaint because of the poor reception of the WIFI, but it was not really fixable. later in the week the reception became better. Plenty of parking spaces.

The area seemed clean and the atmosphere relaxed. In our house, unfortunately, lacked the lamp on the terrace. We felt very comfortable in spite of mixed weather in the system. The central location in Uitgeest is ideal to gelangen.Was our holiday joy has unfortunately clouded by the North Sea coast, Alkmaar, Amsterdam or to the IJsselmeer was the constant Fluglärm.Die system is unfortunately right in the approach path to the airport in Amsterdam, ie the planes fly in every 30 seconds over the houses away. Only one day was calm - apparently the wind came that day from a different direction. So make sure to pack earplugs !!!!

The house is clean and spacious, handicapped accessible in the bathroom and with height-adjustable bed. Fridge is downstairs, so wheelchair users can easily access it. The view of the harbor is great. Different garbage cans for separating garbage would be useful. There is minimal equipment in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, dish soap, etc. Is not there from previous tenants, as is often the case in holiday homes. There is a large supermarket about 1 km away. The aircraft noise is a major drawback. Every minute (!) two scheduled airliners take off from Shiphol Airport and fly over the house, starting around 5 in the morning and ending late in the evening. There is a small terrace, but no land at the house.
