Welcome to the holiday home in Limmen – your retreat for relaxing days for two! This stylishly furnished house offers everything you need for a carefree stay in 44 m². Enjoy the peace in the well-kept garden or relax on the sunny terrace. A private parking space ensures a stress-free arrival. The modern air conditioning guarantees pleasant temperatures in every season. The open kitchen is excellently equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Tableware and an extractor hood are, of course, present. In the light-flooded living area, a comfortable sitting area invites you to relax while you enjoy your favorite programs on the flatscreen TV. For a good night's sleep, there is a separate bedroom with high-quality bedding. The bathroom is equipped with towels, a hairdryer, and modern fittings. Free wifi is available throughout the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, but is permitted outside.

In Limmen you will also find the Hortus Bulborum, a unique bulb garden with unique bulb varieties that you will not find anywhere else in the world. The Hortus is only open in spring when the bulbs are in bloom. In the area there are ample opportunities for walking and cycling, for example cycle to Alkmaar with its cheese market, the lively city center with its terraces, or go shopping.

Highly recommended!
We had a very nice short vacation in the holiday home. The little house is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Everything is modern and new. The landlords and also the animal neighbors were very nice. Limmen is a good starting point for activities. Alkmaar and Amsterdam are worth seeing, beaches and landscapes are beautiful.

Individual, nice & outstanding!
We spontaneously decided to relax for a few days on the Dutch North Sea coast. Found this wonderful location last minute and booked it from one day to the next.
Vera & Michiel warmly welcomed us, gave us an introduction, and introduced us to the two house pigs Boef & Simba - incredibly sweet and loving animals that, along with the free-range bantams, upgraded our stay even more! The little house is quietly situated away from any hustle and bustle in the back garden, is well-equipped, and has a unique flair. Everything is new and very tastefully furnished, even more beautiful in reality than in the photos, and truly perfect for a vacation for two! The local coastal towns and beaches can be reached in a relaxed 15-20 minutes by bike, and Alkmaar offers a nearby city and shopping stroll. The hosts are happy to give tips and are there if you need them, otherwise they are almost invisible and you have complete privacy!
Certainly, there are cheaper locations that are also closer to the promenade, but for us, it was one of the accommodations in many years that we have been traveling to Holland.
We will definitely come back when we plan a vacation in North Holland…! ! !

Really very nice hosts, highly recommended. The apartment is very well equipped, from coffee to air conditioning, everything has been thought of. They even arranged a babysitter for us at the last minute. Privacy is highly valued here. Simply top.

When our daughters left home, we made the plan to build a holiday cottage in our garden. We have a spacious plot and there is a lot of privacy around the cottage, with its own veranda and lawn. From the veranda and from the living room you have a direct view of our two pigs that roam in the orchard. They are very tame and love to be petted!
