Very good condition, as everything is new. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and is a dream. Ideal also for autumn and winter. The layout of the rooms is fantastic. One small drawback: the bedrooms are very small and close to each other, which can make it very noisy or lack storage space. We were there with three families with children aged 8-17, and it was perfect for us. There is no better house.

Proximity to the sea Recommendations: Dan Center should not send emails that are not accurate. The key handover should be at the office in Nexö, which no longer exists. The provided phone numbers were also not helpful, as the staff had no knowledge of the non-existent office. No one could tell us that the key is in the house. One wishes for some support and knowledge. I cannot recommend Dan Center in this case.
