Description
Like a swallow's nest, the small house with the great view clings to the southern slope of the terminal moraines, flooded with light, modern and friendly furnished. You leave the car at the bottom of the parking bay, climb up the approx. 20m high hill and are rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view over the Baltic Sea!
Three bedrooms offer accommodation for 5 people: 1. double bed (1.60m), wardrobe, 2 chairs and desk with view to the west, small terrace with seating area in front of it, 2. bunk bed (2x 0.80m), shelves, seating area and wardrobe, 3. metal bed with lying area 0.90m, washbasin, small table and chair as well as wardrobe
The maritime living room with TV, DVD and CD player as well as book collection has a large window and two exits onto terraces. A WC with washbasin is also accessible
The kitchen with dining area by the window is well equipped. Modern kitchen appliances and dishwasher etc. are available. A shower room with WC is in the basement; washing machine and dryer are available. The terraces have wooden furniture with cushions, deck chairs, infrared heating and barbecue. There is a wooden Hollywood swing, an outdoor sink for anglers and an outdoor shower, all with sea view!
Possibilities: The bathing bay with our rowing boat is 300m from the house, the kilometre-long sandy beach starts at about 800m and leads across a nature reserve to the fantastically wide shifting sand field Sandhammaren (5km). Heading west, you can walk along the edge of the terminal moraines to Kåseberga to watch the fishing boats and sailors, enjoy smoked fish or visit Ales Stenar, an ancient cult site.
Fishing is possible from the pier or from a boat. The small village centre offers a kiosk, mini-golf, restaurant and café. A golf course is 10 km away, and paragliders can also enjoy themselves
Children love to romp over the hills and visit the horses in the neighbouring pastures.
You can bring your own bicycles or rent one in Ystad.
There you can also meet Wallanders and find great ice cream!

Small coastal towns, Simrishamn, Skillinge, jazz concert in Gislöv, the hinterland with lakes for fishing and swimming, visiting castles, Lund with the wonderful cathedral and an open-air museum, Malmö with museums and a historic old town (Stora Torg), seeing moose in the zoo and above all a day trip by speedboat to Bornholm.

Our dream: a house directly by the sea. You can hear the sea. And you see the constant change. The light of the sun wanders as a shining glow on the water, while time passes on your tongue. The days are long. Even in the evening you can still sit outside under the infrared heating and watch the ships or sleep outside at night on the covered terrace.
Disadvantages: In fog and rain, the view is gone. But you can heat, loll on the sofa with the blanket, drink tea, watch TV, play, paint - and poof, the sun comes back
The ascent is difficult for people with walking difficulties. Because the path is narrow and steep in places, it is advisable to pack smaller luggage.
As the house is in the middle of nature, there may occasionally be woodlice and spiders in the house.

Relaxation holiday
Beautiful house with a sea view. A real relaxing holiday that you can have in this house. However, it is far away from shopping facilities.

Kommentar zur Sauberkeit: Wegen Corona war das Haus bis zur Ankunft des Mieters zwei Monate nicht bewohnt. Wir haben einen guten Nachlass im Preis dafür gegeben. Ansonsten ist natürlich geputzt. Da das Haus aber mitten in der Natur liegt, kann es sein, dass Kellerasseln und Insekten im unteren Badezimmer eindringen. Eine bessere Tür ist in Planung.
Zum Einkauf: Man kauft am besten in Ystad ein. Auf dem Campingplatz (2km) gibt es Brötchen. Sonst in 5km einen Lebensmittelladen.

Cosily furnished beautiful house with a dreamlike view of the sea with ships and sailing yachts from every room.

Pure relaxation
A week at the end of June with bright sunshine and a midsummer festival. In this holiday home there is a spectacular view of the sea from every window and both terraces. The house is beautifully situated in the countryside, completely quiet somewhat on the mountain. We spent a happy week with excursions in the surroundings, chilling on the terrace and on the beach, cooking delicious food in the well-equipped flat and deep restful sleep with good sea air. We would love to come back again and again!

Alle Jahre wieder...
...komme ich zu Saisonbeginn hierher und bin immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Fast immer Sonne, immer schnell raus aufs Meer, manchmal schon baden - stets Erholung pur. Ein Schritt vor die Tür bedeutet, mitten in der Natur zu stehen. Und dann die majestätische Aussicht übers Meer auf die zurückkehrenden Zugvögelformationen und nachts auf die Lichter der vielen Schiffe, die das Fernweh wecken... Entspannende Einfachheit mit einem Hauch von Bullerbü und trotzdem aller notwendiger Komfort.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, tolle Umegebung!
Ich verzichte auf einen eigenen Text. Die Beschreibung der Vermieterin Jutta ist so gut gelungen, dass es eine reine Wiederholung wäre. Alles dort Erwähnte ist 100% in Erfüllung gegangen. Wir hatten sogar noch einen Jahrhundert- Sommer, so dass es dieser Teil von Südschweden sogar mit einigen Mittelmeer-ländern aufnehmen kann.
Wahrscheinlich ist es hier aber erträglicher, angenehmer im Sommer!

As we come from therapeutic professions, it is important to us that people find a place where the soul can recharge. This is possible in all three houses. We love the view, the freedom and the freshness of the sea! Our three children and six grandchildren also feel comfortable in the holiday homes.
