Delicious Christmas week had in das Altes Forsthaus. Owners Gabi and Claudio have a small but very "gemütlich" cottage for family four people. The kitchen equipment is lean, but if you own some things like sharp knife or slicer takes is not a problem. The rest of the house is fine. Shower through large boiler, electric heating, thick duvets on the beds, little living room with small dining table. The surroundings are beautiful. For groceries, restaurants, fuel or a coffee Sankt Blasien only a few kilometers away. The best coffee there (from Italy imported beans!) Drink you at Claudio 's Eisbar, indeed the owners of the cottage. Delicious home knitted ice also the originally Italian Claudio. "Winter serve Gabi and he also homemade mulled wine and soup anyway. At least just as tasty! Freiburg is also not far away and a half hours drive from Europa Park. By ao Beaches named best theme park in Europe, high above our own Efteling and over Disneyland Paris. In winter more than atmospheric and great kids like ours exciting with giant roller coasters. Walking in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, summer a lake to swim in, genotoxicity

We have been received very nice and uncomplicated. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and everything was very clean. The environment is rural village exactly what we were looking for. We made many walks directly from there, but these were individually planned tours. The advertised on the Internet "larger" trails are accessible by car.

We had a fantastic vacation in a really awesome apartment. The apartment is fantastic, lots of space, nice beds, great shower, big kitchen (only thing we sometimes missed was a microwave). The view from the balcony was also amazing. The area is very quiet. The owners of the apartment are nice people who answer questions quickly. There is also a sauna which we did not use (it was outside sauna enough for us with every day over 30 degrees celsius)
There are a lot of things to do in the Black Forest and it is close to the Swiss border. We would absolutely come back for another vacation in this apartment if we have the chance some day.
