Not enough loungers on the terrace, unreasonable cushions, pool water/filter should be better controlled, cloudy water, counter-current system? Not found, pool entry for older people is not only problematic but dangerous, the steps are barely perceptible due to the murky water, no stopping at all, / registration/key handover resembles a civic prank: announced access to the house from 4 p.m., so you prepare for around 3 p.m. for the key handover in Dybböl Banke, somehow kills the time, which is not that difficult in Sonderburg, only to then, after a useless trip to Dybböl Banke, be given a telephone number that you can use to find the key on site, knowing this telephone number right on arrival would save unnecessary waiting time and kilometers, this should be easier to organize be solved,

The size of the house and room layout, The kitchen is very spacious, 3 large refrigerators perfect, Play equipment like table tennis table, pool table and table soccer also good, The pool was used daily, as was the hot tub, Good in this room the door to the outside, The courtyard with the long table row was well used. / The rooms are very small, The backs of the closets are in the opposite room, so very noisy, The sofas are already somewhat saggy, Some of the sun umbrellas were defective, The 3-week-old grill was unfortunately heavily damaged and dirty due to previous guests. / In the kitchen, small bowls were missing, Everything else was sufficiently available. / In the outdoor area, the ladder was missing on the climbing frame, Glass shards were found in front of the football arena, Walking on the trampoline was very dangerous as it was not properly embedded in the ground, There are rocky edges and gaps around it, which are very dangerous for smaller children. Furthermore, the metal frame was broken and springs were missing. Very unfortunate.
