We were two in winter in this grandiose apartment. It is a dream. The whole house is very well maintained and taken care of. The apartment is lovingly furnished and clean and tidy upon handover. View, location, and amenities are excellent. Wellness with several saunas, a pool, and also fitness is fantastic. In winter, almost completely for us alone - and: available 24 hours a day! Where can you find something like that? All employees in the office we dealt with were friendly, competent, and customer-oriented. Now a few small suggestions that would make the experience just a little bit better: is the refrigerator a permanent solution? For 4 people and more, it is simply too small. The condition of the paint in the living area and especially the cleanliness of the balcony railing, as well as some windows, did not quite match the otherwise high standard. However, this is already complaining at a high level. We would be happy to come back.

The welcome and kindness of the owners. The environment is excellent. The possibility of great walks, on foot or by bike, with very varied itineraries. The proximity of seaside towns. Kamminke beach is also nice. As for the house, functional and friendly. The small pool is a plus.

Pole of tranquillity to the turbulent Baltic Sea coastline

We spent this year's cycling holiday in Balm with our friends. We liked the holiday flat very much, we felt comfortable all around. The external environment, the view of the beautiful nature and the peace and quiet were very pleasant. The layout of the flat with the two complete bathrooms was well solved. The furnishings with the many objects of daily use left us wanting for nothing. The lockable storage room in the entrance area for our bicycles served us well. All in all, a haven of peace from the turbulent Baltic Sea coast.
