The apartment is nice. We travel 2-3 times a year, so I can compare well. The price-performance ratio is not quite... accurate. For example, we pay a little less in Duhnen, but we have two really separate bedrooms and two toilets. The coffee machine needs to be checked. Weeds are growing on the balcony. Parking is poor. There are small issues in the bathroom, and it is not barrier-free. The issue with the TV was already annoying; if we hadn't had a stick! We couldn't have watched TV. The contact regarding the heating was always friendly. A video of the apartment would be great, then one would have seen better that my mother-in-law has to go through our room at night to use the bathroom. The pictures do not quite reflect reality. That the bedroom is right next to the elevator? It disturbs sleep a lot. Maybe a lamp for the light switch in the bedroom? Regards, Mike -- Sent with the GMX Mail App

The shared apartment is furnished excl. everything is available. The view from the large balcony and 11th floor is great. One small thing bothered us, the mattresses in the small bedroom are very hard. We were only 3 nights there, after that I already had back pain. The manual for the induction stove was missing. We had to search online.

Very nice apartment with a sensational view over the Baltic Sea. The only downside: finding the bike cellar was an adventure. A detailed description during the key handover in Scharbeutz would have been very helpful. After a phone call with the hotline (long waiting time!!!), I finally received a (competent) answer. The bike cellar is located above the basement and can only be reached by elevator. And only there(!) is parking the bikes allowed!
