Holiday apartments & homes allowing dogs in Krk Krk

We came for a fortnight in August as a family with 4 people and a dog. The two separate holiday flats were great, where you had privacy without any problems but still lived right next to each other. The lovely landlords Damir and Sara live in the flat upstairs, which didn't bother us at all - you didn't notice that someone lived upstairs :) Both were always available for questions and could give good tips for excursions or the like.
Both flats were equipped with everything necessary, there was even a great barbecue area and the pool was of course the highlight, so that we lacked nothing here - the only shortcoming that we noticed and in our opinion was missing (but there are certainly different opinions :)) were shaded areas at the pool and the terrace directly at the house, there was a parasol which was a bit difficult for 4 people - in our opinion there is potential for improvement. The location of the house is quite quiet, so you should plan with a car.
We can definitely recommend this holiday home and had a great holiday on the beautiful island of Krk.

Our holiday at Villa Luca/Fundica was magnificent. It is the cleanest, most beautiful, best equipped and most tasteful house we have ever stayed in on holiday. And Denis, the host, so lovable and caring - simply great! The entire handling by the young agency Adria Holiday Rent was also completely uncomplicated and absolutely professional

We can fully agree with the previous positive reviews!
As we usually spend our holidays in holiday homes/ fincas, we can give an objective evaluation.
It is by far the most beautiful accommodation we have had so far!
The house is very well equipped.
Although it has been rented out since 2018, nothing is worn out, everything looks as good as new and is super clean.
Particularly noteworthy is that Marko (landlord) is always on site as a contact person and for any problems immediately finds a solution!
We have never experienced that in this form!
The holiday begins, among other things, with the basic utensils on site.
These are: welcome drinks, sufficient toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap for each bathroom
1 kg of coffee beans, 4 rolls of Zewa, 1 bag of charcoal etc.
All this leads us to the conclusion that we can unreservedly recommend this accommodation.
