Description
Modern and simple elegance is one of the main features of this beautiful villa, located in the town of Krk. You will be amazed by its convenience and comfort. It has a private pool and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious, light and airy living room with an open floor plan, a dining area and a kitchen, as well as an additional bathroom. Everything is flooded with light and large glass doors lead to the pool area. There are 4 bedrooms on the first and second floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. The entire house is fully air conditioned. Also enjoy a brick barbecue and outdoor dining area. The villa is located in the center of Krk. If you wish, you can always go to the beach, explore the town and many sights or enjoy the eclectic restaurant scene.

Absolutely recommendable
In December 2021 we (7 persons) were looking for a nice holiday home on the island of Krk near the beach. We came across Villa Chiara and were surprised that such a holiday home was offered at such a good price. The contact, the booking and also the arrangements about check-in etc. went smoothly.
On 25.07.22 the time had come and we drove to the holiday home. In our favour, we were contacted by the landlord that we could already move into the house before the actually agreed time. When we arrived at Villa Chiara, we were received in a very friendly manner by the landlady. When we entered the villa, our eyes grew wide. In fact, the villa was even more beautiful "live" than on the pictures!
Whether it was the furnishings, the proximity to the beach/the city: it just fit!
During the entire two weeks, every time you re-entered the villa and especially when looking at the extremely beautiful and well-maintained pool and outdoor area, you got a smile on your face!
The rental company was also very accommodating when it came to checking out, when they said that you wanted to leave early in the morning.
For the next holiday on Krk it is clear: Villa Chiara will be booked again!
