Villa Luca is spread over two floors, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was designed and built in rustic style according to architectural and traditional guidelines. Very well equipped kitchen with dining room and living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor is the exit to the covered terrace from which you come down to the garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue. Quiet environment, beautiful view, great location with few minutes drive to the nearest beaches or the town of Krk are just some of the many reasons why you will want to return to Villa Luca.

Dream holiday on Krk
Our holiday at Villa Luca/Fundica was magnificent. It is the cleanest, most beautiful, best equipped and most tasteful house we have ever stayed in on holiday. And Denis, the host, so lovable and caring - simply great! The entire handling by the young agency Adria Holiday Rent was also completely uncomplicated and absolutely professional

Great holiday
The house is beautiful, everything as described, the pool and the jacuzzi are the highlight. Breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking Vrh and the great couch on the terrace were wonderful. The drive to Krk a few minutes by car. As a guest gift we had wine, olive oil and a homemade cake. Many thanks to Dennis and Luka for their kindness. you were very great hosts. We had a very nice time at Villa Fundica and we will definitely be back

Beautiful house
We were there with 4 people and a small dog.
The house is very new and has everything you need in terms of equipment and furnishings.
Everything is very well maintained and super clean.
The communication when renting and handing over on departure was perfect.
If we should need it again, we would definitely come back and can recommend this house and the agency without reservation.

Wonderful short holiday
We only decided to go on holiday at very short notice. The few days were enough for us.
The people in charge spoke either fluent German or English, so communication always worked.
There were three of us, the house had enough space for 8 people, but we would rather recommend 6.
The cleanliness was top, as were the furnishings and the location. Quiet and not directly on the beach, but only 10 minutes by car to the sea.
The pool and jacuzzi were very clean
All in all, a wonderful holiday and we can recommend the house and the provider without reservation and without a guilty conscience.
