As experienced Florida vacationers, we can say that Villa Pine Island is a highly recommended address if you do not expect pure luxury. We had the pleasure of being guests at the villa for three weeks and felt very comfortable. The villa is located in a very quiet area with many shopping options nearby within 5 minutes by car. We were there as golf vacationers, and the location could not be better for quickly reaching various golf courses to the north or south. In immediate proximity to the villa for a short and quick round (drive about 5-10 min. by car) are three golf courses.
The house itself is very clean with everything you need to have a cozy and relaxing vacation.
We were two people and the size of the house was perfect; actually, 6 people can have a cozy and spacious vacation.
A small negative point to mention would be that the garage is not rented out. We are 100% convinced of the villa and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
We were in the villa for the first time but not for the last time.

We can only recommend Villa Palm Tree. There is nothing missing here, everything is available. The property management is also top, nothing to complain about. Very helpful, whether it is about the house, you are really well instructed, or if you have questions about the surroundings, etc. Very competent. The Klauser family is also always available if you need them and very helpful. You can really enjoy your holiday at Villa Palm Tree. Excursions can be planned well, as the villa is very central, it is not a problem to get anywhere. Supermarket, drugstore, small shops are nearby, there is also a German bakery nearby (about 15 minutes by car), for those who do not want to do without their rolls or pretzels :-). Smooth process with the payment and refund of the deposit. As already mentioned, everything is great, I have nothing to complain about here. We will definitely come back. We just returned from a three week vacation at the Villa Sunny Breeze. This property exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately clean and extremely well maintained. The house was large and spacious and was fitted out with everything that you would need. Thanks to this wonderful property we were able to fulfill our dream vacation. The pool area was the highlight. The entire service from everyone at CCVS was first class and professional. I would recommend this property to all of my friends. For sure we will be returning. Thank you to everyone at CCVS.
