The house and the environment was really nice, just the contact with the owner was very disappointing. Everything you could think of is charged extra, sheets, towels (bath) internet, heating, air conditioning, pets, cleaning. Considering the price of the house I expected most of these posts included. More important the tone of voice of the contact with the owner and the little instruction folder was quite negative. To top that off, the owner accused us of lying about the days we used the heating (I think). All in all a mixed bag. We definitely did not feel welcome and just a cash cow. I guess I should read the fine print better next time. An earlier review should have tipped me off.

Isabella and Renato are welcoming owners. Were welcomed with homemade cake and red wine. Unfortunately they only spoke Italian, but that was largely solved by son Marco who spoke good English. Tip more towels and tea towels available and new coffee would not be a luxury. Furthermore, all excellent.

Nice location, oasis of peace.2 things are a pity. Hostess does not speak English and there is no information folder in English. We were not aware of the dog's presence. He also regularly came to sit around us, while the children are a bit anxious. There was also an untidy dog shit all week.
