Very spacious and neat holiday home, ideally located: 5 minutes from the cable car, 10 minutes from the center of the village. In the village itself there are three department stores and many cozy restaurants and shops. We made a lot of use of the pleasant garden of the house, which has two sitting areas. The first sitting area (right next to the house) was ideal for having breakfast outside in the morning, the second sitting area (under the large tree in the garden) offers a great spot in the shade in warmer weather. Spacious rooms and bathroom, separate dressing. Cozy living room and very well-equipped kitchen (including Jura coffee machine, a big plus for us). The house has a beautiful view of the valley/village/mountains at the front. From the house you can take trips to, among others, the Kitzbüheler Horn ( (including a park with a ropes course, various hiking and mountain bike trails, several cozy mountain huts, etc.) is very easy to make. In the village itself there is the open-air swimming pool "Panorama Badewelt" (= swimming in the open air with a unique view of the mountains), which is definitely recommended. There are also many other interesting sights near the village (including Kufstein Castle, walk through Griessbach gorge, Badesee mountain lake in Going, Achensee...) Very friendly owners and "housekeeper". The owners arranged the local visitors card for us, so that we received discounts on entrance fees, for example, in many places. We can only be very positive about our stay, the holiday home is highly recommended!

Lovely house with garden, fully equipped! Inside it is quite dark and in the fridge were used food, such as open jars of pasta sauce. But nicely located, clean and super complete.

Great location of the property. Great facilities and very well-kept facilities. The bedrooms are also very tidy. It is important to know that the accommodation is more suitable for younger people / families (steep staircase to both bedrooms). It was not a problem for us 😄Everything was very clean and the hosts are very friendly and take care of something immediately, I can only recommend it.
