The indoor pool is great, but unfortunately, the sauna and the fitness room were out of order and thus closed. I found that disappointing, as it is advertised. The lighting in the outdoor area also needs to be checked. The paths are partly not visible (especially from the road). I can hardly evaluate the service on-site, as the classic check-in like before with the Binders is no longer offered. This was much more personal and included a brief explanation of the rooms and where to find them. However, everything worked great with the numeric codes, and we were already familiar with the holiday apartment complex. Conclusion: I would book accommodation in the holiday apartment complex again, as the apartments are well equipped and the other facilities (pool, sauna, gym) are good.

A beautiful, spacious, lovingly and individually furnished apartment (not for people who prefer boring 0815 apartments!) that could hardly be better: Ideal for 2 people, but also enough space for 3, as there are 2 separate bedrooms; own access to the 1st floor; own parking space directly at the house; own balcony
The friendly and helpful Schlenker couple welcomed us with chilled beer and lemonade in the fridge. Teas, coffee and various spices and ingredients were also available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
All towels owned by the landlord are washed by the Schlenker family in between; however, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The WC is conveniently separate
Even fitness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: in the attic, workout enthusiasts will find a small gym, including an ergo-bike and a stepper.
A giant flat-screen TV and a music system await guests in the living room.
The location of the apartment is no less ideal: in 5 minutes you can walk to the centre of this friendly spa town; a butcher (Hausberger; the hit: fennel-chilli sausages!) and a baker (Winhart; both highly recommended) are almost within cherry-picking distance of the apartment. In the village there're various good cafés and restaurants (tip: you can eat well and genuinely Bavarian food in the nearby "Kriechbaumer" and in the "Maxlrainer": nice large beer garden, own brewery specialities). If you want to dine a little more upmarket, you can visit "Das Lindner" the "Maxlrainer" also has a somewhat more upmarket "department".
The ice cream boutique "Venezia" should also not be missed ... ;)
Bad Aibling itself is also a very convenient starting point for various fantastic sights and locations, whether for culture vultures, lake romantics or mountain fans (Mr Schlenker has lots of great tips).
We would stay there again at any time!

We had two wonderful weeks (Christmas and New Year's Eve) in the 5-star holiday flat Heufeld near Bad Aibling. The flat is perfectly equipped and lovingly furnished! Nothing was missing - and when it was, the landlords Fam. Lorenz ensured an absolute feel-good feeling. The welcome present alone and the always delicious home-baked "Schmankerl" were a dream.
The location is fantastic, you look out over wide, green meadows and mountains. The balcony is huge and offers enough space. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! The 5* are well deserved. We felt very comfortable, because this flat is the best thing that could have happened to us for our stay!
In short: A beautiful spot on earth to unwind!
