Villa Ina is a rural farmhouse that was only renovated in June 2025.
It features a huge garden of 2,700 m².
The house consists of a cozy living room with a large sofa bed, connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The larger bedroom also has a folding bed. A staircase leads to the basement, where there is another bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.
Outside, there is enough space for 2-3 cars.
The staircase leads to the large terrace and the private pool (7.5 x 3.8 m). The pool has regular water.

Perfect
This was a great opportunity for a holiday in Istria at a good price. We simply found the villa, the roads are very good, the parking lot is accessible and spacious. The hosts welcomed us kindly. We received detailed instructions for a pleasant stay in the villa and this destination. Villa Cynara is well equipped, the rooms are large which is perfect when more people come as in our case. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable. The hosts organize pool cleaning very early in the morning so we were never disturbed. The area around the pool and summer kitchen is surrounded by a high plant fence, which we especially liked because we had complete privacy. The beach is a few minutes drive away, the small bay (left) is absolutely beautiful and the view from the beach is enchanting. This holiday home deserves our recommendation.

Super, but no rest
Everything about the property itself is as described, almost perfect!
But what spoils everything is the noise: from the "industrious" neighbour who drives you crazy for hours with the power scythe - as a method of torture this would certainly be forbidden! - to the village youth who pass the time with two-stroke mopeds and the building site next door to the nightly party roar of the drunken German youth team in a neighbouring villa. The jets taking off from Pula airport are almost unnoticeable!
It's a real pity, it could be so beautiful.
Clearly, never again!
