Internally the house offers comfortable and cosy rooms, is well furnished in rustic style and provided with modern facilities. The owners of this property leave in a nearby house (approx. 100 m.) with completely private access and outdoor area, and are always available for any need that guests may have during their stay.
Pomarance is situated at approx 5 km away and offers all kinds of services including various shops, restaurants, tennis, etc.
Although being ideally situated for a completely relaxing holiday, the property, thanks to its position, is a good starting point both for enjoying the nearby beaches of the Tuscan coast (40 km) as well as the most renowned art centres of the region: Volterra 40 km, San Gimignano 50 km, Siena 75, Florence 80 km, Pisa 90 km.

Pure relaxation
Whoever is looking for peace is exactly right here?
We and our two dogs felt comfortable right away. The house is located in a very beautiful area, the owners, who live right next door, are very discreet and are immediately available if you have questions.
We would definitely come back here, we had a very relaxing vacation. ☀️?

Beautiful, quietly situated holiday home to relax in
We spent a week in this accommodation on our honeymoon and would recommend it to anyone.
The holiday home is in a very quiet location, so you can absolutely relax and switch off. If you want, you can drive to the next town of Pomarance in 5 minutes. There is also a coop where you can buy groceries.

Indescribably beautiful!
The house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Since it is very secluded, you have complete peace and quiet. The owners live in the house next door (but behave absolutely discreetly), so you always have someone close by if you need anything. And because of the 4 dogs (which are real herding dogs, but withdraw completely when you are in the house or garden - which is fenced) you feel very protected. Everything in the house and the property is absolutely clean and well maintained, and furnished in a functional way, nothing is missing! And if something should happen, there is always someone to help (our toaster broke - the next day there was a new one at the door). The garden is huge and arranged with beautiful flowers. The pool - for sole use - is cleaned and maintained daily. There are 4 sunbeds and 2 parasols available. Directly at the pool you have another spacious outside bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Apart from a large covered seating area with table and chairs and a barbecue, there is also a lounge in front of the main entrance to the house where you can sit outside in a sheltered spot if Peter opens his gates. This year was our second time at Loredana's and we are thinking of visiting her again next year. The owner family also offers excellent olive oil and homemade red and white wine. As I said, you are very secluded, but you can find everything you need in the Coop in Pomarance, 5km away. Fresh and good. Have I forgotten anything else? I don't think so - for us it was the most relaxing holiday ever! Even our 9-year-old raves about it and doesn't want to go anywhere else! You have to pay extra for wifi and air conditioning, but it's absolutely reasonable! We were travelling with a cat, which also felt very comfortable - despite the 4 dogs in the neighbourhood
Really, all in all, highly recommended!
