To the fine sand beach with several restaurants (season start of Easter holidays), about 600 m.

Callantsoog, North Holland, close to the sea and beautiful dune landscape and the nature reserve Zwanenwater.
Amsterdam, Alkmar, Den Helder, Schagen, Schoorldam, the IJsselmeer, the island of Texel can be reached by car in about 30 to 45 minutes.
During the summer months, Callantsoog has much to offer, Such as flea markets, concerts, beach parties and much more. But also in autumn and winter you can relax at beach walks.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant, for whatever reason, is unable to commence the trip, the landlord will attempt to re-lease the property and will retain an initial payment of €50.00 for advertising costs and administrative expenses. If the landlord fails to secure a new tenant, the original tenant is obliged to pay the total rent, which includes both the deposit and the balance due. The tenant is also entitled to propose substitute renters for the reserved rental period to the landlord. We recommend that renters obtain travel cancellation insurance, presenting the lease agreement, within two weeks of signing the lease.

Relaxing vacation
We have been coming to this cozy cottage several times a year for over 10 years. Even our adult children have visited with their families, dogs, and children, and were thrilled. The garden is securely fenced, making it safe for dogs and children. Queeny (dog) loves to relax in the garden. The landlords are always approachable and have someone on site to assist if any problems arise. All in all, we always like to come back to spend our vacation there and return home refreshed.

Place of recreation?
At tropical temperatures, we were able to enjoy the beautiful beach and the sea. In the garden of the vacation home, with its shrubs and flowers, we spent warm summer evenings until late at night. Once again, we felt at home here, and the friendly landlady was always available for any questions that arose. If another holiday at the Dutch coast is planned, we will definitely stay at this vacation home for the third time. Everything is top-notch here and highly recommended!!!

Beautiful!!!
We have been staying in this beautiful house with the lovely garden for a few years now. It’s already booked for next year. Everything is available, from the washing machine to the blender. You can reach everything easily on foot...the beautiful town, the beach, and the nearby forest for dog walks. All in all, just great!

Feel-good atmosphere.
During the low temperatures over Easter, we were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest every minute. In the lovingly furnished and decorated holiday home, we felt comfortable from the very beginning. Nothing was missing, and the garden is inviting for chilling out. Well-equipped with warm jackets, we took daily walks on the beautiful beach with our dogs, almost always in sunshine. In several beach pavilions, we ended the day with a drink or food, overlooking the sea - wonderful! The return to the holiday home felt like coming home. The landlady was always approachable for any questions that arose. We love to come back here and will definitely return. Veronika Sch. and family.

Sehr kuscheliges Häuschen
Despite the somewhat uncomfortable season, we felt very comfortable. The cottage is furnished with great attention to detail and equipped with everything one needs. I look forward to spending a vacation there in the summer to be able to use the great garden.
The surrounding area is also very beautiful and the gorgeous, wide beach is quickly reachable.
