The vacation house Theo is a particularly child- and pet-friendly house and offers you approximately 170 sqm of living space, including a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms plus 1 guest WC, each with spacious dining rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Plenty of toys are also available. 2 baby cribs are available as well as two baby high chairs. In front of the house (accessible from apartment 1) you will find a spacious sun terrace and on the first floor a small balcony. For the little ones, we have a trampoline as well as a playhouse with a sandbox and slide in front of the house (from spring 2025, the old playhouse will be replaced with a new one, as it has aged over the years).
Furthermore, from mid-March 2025, we will have a 2-person infrared sauna.

A perfect place for our family vacation.
We were on site with 4 people and two dogs and were thrilled. Everything we needed was available, the apartments were decorated with loving details and gave us a cozy feeling. Thank you very much for this wonderful vacation.

Super holiday home
The house Theo offers plenty of space for 1-2 families and a dog. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need. Nice contact with Mrs. Vogt. The holes in the fence should be repaired, otherwise the dog will fit through. We were able to temporarily fix the holes, so is everything okay?
