Spend a relaxing holiday in our 330-year-old, traditional and stylishly furnished farmhouse, which was built in old block construction and renovated recently. The whole House is available alone and can accommodate up to 10 people. With good friends, this quiet, rural atmosphere promises a great stay in the mountains. The entire House is furnished in a rustic, comfortable style and mostly wood-furnished. Above the clouds - vacation with addictive character
We arrived in rainy and really cold weather and wondered how the warmth would be in a rustic farmhouse. But we hadn't counted on Andrea, who heated the house wonderfully for us. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable, supported by the warm and family-like welcome of the host. The location of the farmhouse is simply breathtaking with incredible peace. Whoever thinks it's really nice elsewhere hasn't been to the Oberlechner family. Guys, come to Schweinegg, here you are close to heaven! The Pinzgau is so beautiful there. Thank you Andrea + family for the many great tips and the supply of the best and freshest milk from your cows.

A perfect time out in a dreamlike accommodation!!!

We have been holidaying with Andrea and her family as a group for several years. We can only warmly recommend the hut/house. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything is very clean and tidy. The entire house is also very well maintained. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Andrea and her family are also very nice and helpful. They always have an open ear for questions and tips. Unfortunately, due to Corona, we can't visit this year as planned, but we will certainly do so next year. We are really looking forward to it!!! Until then, stay healthy and all the best!!!!

Beautiful days at Widholzgut

We were allowed to spend very nice days at the Widholzgut. The house is fully equipped, nothing was missing. We were lovingly received by the hosts, fresh milk and eggs made every breakfast a good start to the day in beautiful weather outdoors.

Cabin vacation for feeling good

A house with the charm of the past and a modern interior and amenities

Two weeks at the Widholzgut holiday home made it very difficult for us to leave. The house has the charm of the past and the amenities of the modern era. Everything is available.
4 spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilets and sinks, as well as another separate toilet, ensure that even larger groups have no shortages. The spacious kitchen and living room with a stove, which is fired from the spacious hallway, allowed us to enjoy our stay even in bad weather. The view from the terraces over the Salzach Valley and the High Tauern is impressive and invites you to relax, while the children can move and play freely. There are plenty of leisure activities, especially for children, in and around the Hohe Tauern National Park.
Andrea, the good soul of the house, was always there for us when needed, and the milk, eggs, honey, and homemade schnapps from the farm completely rounded off our holiday at the Widholzgut holiday home.
We enjoyed it so much that we are now planning a 3-week holiday at the Oberlechner family's holiday home for next year, and the anticipation is already very high. It was wonderful, and thank you for everything.

Dream vacation.

The house is quiet and secluded, so if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place. You immediately feel comfortable and at home! It is well furnished and still conveys a charming "mountain cabin" character. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially in the kitchen, everything is really there (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). It is an absolute paradise for children. The magnificent view of the Salzach Valley can be enjoyed excellently from the terrace and is just one of the ways to forget about everyday stress and simply relax. In summary, all that remains to say is: Clearly 5 stars in the rating, everything exactly as offered, very clean, wonderfully located, and the hosts really take care of you (if you want, meaning you can contact them anytime if something is missing or you have any requests). Our week was an absolute dream vacation and we have already booked again for next year.
