Description
In our house you can spend a dream holiday. it was completely renovated in 2017/2019, with new bathrooms, floors and furniture. In the hallway you will find a wardrobe and a new washing machine and clothes horse, which is useful for a longer stay. A hoover is also not missing.
The living area is equipped with Smart-TV, radio, CD, DVD and comfortable upholstered seating; a dining table with up to 6 chairs at the open kitchen area. Our little guests will be surprised by a selection of toys.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. The new white crockery makes setting the table really fun.
On the ground floor you will also find the spacious bathroom with floor-deep shower with Living Colour effect, large towel dryer, WC, washbasin with shelf and illuminated vanity mirror and hairdryer.
A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor. The two bedrooms lead off from the hallway. The larger one has a WC on suite. The bedroom windows have mosquito screens and pleated blinds for blackout.
The car park is directly at the house and offers you the possibility to charge your e-car for currently 0,60 €/kWh, the required RFID chip is available at my rental service for a deposit.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the middle of the holiday resort of Prerow, not far from the Darßwald, quiet but also within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach or within 5 minutes walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants! Because the house is located in the back part of the 5000 m² property, it is shielded from the street noise. Children can play on the large lawn.
Your parking space is right next to the house entrance, no lugging of suitcases!
The new 15 sqm terrace is furnished and on the south/east side, so there is sun in summer from 9-17 o'clock!
Opposite the terrace there is a bicycle stand. Here you can connect the bikes you have brought with you. A bicycle rental is also across the street, very convenient for those who want to leave their bikes at home.

From your holiday home you can go on beautiful hikes or cycling tours:
to the west beach it is 20 minutes by bike: turn right from the property exit and you are already at the Darß forest
or to Zingst on the dyke in 30 minutes, there is a diving gondola at the pier.
other options: to Born, Wieck or Ahrenshoop on the Bodden on the superbly developed bicycle network.
Prerow lies directly on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. From the small harbour in Prerow, you can explore the beautiful Bodden landscape on a paddle steamer,
or you can set off from Zingst harbour for a day trip to Hiddensee?
In autumn, during the crane season, you can enjoy the spectacle of nature in the evening sun.
Don't get bored - Stralsund is only 50 minutes away by car, and the Oceanographic Museum and Ozeaneum and the historic old town are well worth a visit.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
We were the second time in this quietly located holiday house and are completely satisfied. There is a lot of space, a perfect kitchen, an extra toilet in the bedroom, good mattresses, a nice terrace, and a parking space. WiFi works well. Bicycle rental is across the street, to the bakery 5 minutes by bike, to the beach you need about 10 minutes by bike. Gladly again :-)

Vacation with grandchildren
We and our grandchildren felt comfortable in this holiday home from the first day. During the key handover, we were greeted very friendly by the Flöter family. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Everything was there, the bathroom was very clean. A lovely vacation.

"Happy home, happy alone"
We already knew the beautiful holiday home from the previous year. Therefore, the announcement of "storm Sabine" could not dampen our anticipation of our vacation, as we knew that we could also cozy up in our comfortable holiday home. After battling with "Sabine," the spa shower was waiting for us. In the lovingly furnished holiday home, we were able to enjoy the 2 or 3 bad weather days nonetheless.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Very beautiful and lovingly furnished house. We really liked the lighting in the shower. The overall impression in the house was simply perfect (furniture, wallpaper, floor, clock, and decorations)! Wir waren das zweite mal in diesem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus und sind rundum zufrieden. Es gibt viel Platz, perfekte Küche, extra WC am Schlafzimmer, gute Matrazen, schöne Terrasse und einen Parkplatz. WLAN funktioniert gut. Fahrradverleih ist gegenüber, zum Bäcker 5min mit dem Rad, zum Strand braucht man ca. 10min mit Rad. Gerne wieder :-)

Wir und unsere Enkel haben uns in dieser Ferienhaushälfte vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt.Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir sehr freundlich von Fam.Flöter begrüsst.Das Haus war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.Alles war da ,das Bad sehr sauber.Ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir kannten das schöne FH ja schon aus dem Vorjahr. Deshalb konnte uns die Ankündigung von "Sturmtief Sabine" auch nicht die Vorfreude auf unseren Urlaub nehmen, wussten wir doch, dass wir uns auch gut in unserem gemütlichen FH verkriechen können. Nach dem Kampf mit "Sabine" wartete die Wohlfühldusche auf uns. In dem liebevoll eingerichteten FH konnten wir die 2 bzw. 3 Schlechtwettertage trotzdem genießen.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Ganz toll fanden wir die Beleuchtung in der Dusche. Hier war einfach der Gesamteindruck im Haus (Möbel,Tapete,Fußboden,Uhr und Deko ...perfekt!
Sie Sitzecke war schön groß und bot für alle drei gemütlichen Platz zum Schmöckern. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Woche!

Das Ferienhaus war tiptop, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch der Service war gut. Allerdings hätten wir uns eine Buchungsbestätigung kurz vor der Anfahrt und eine Bestätigung das wir das Haus ordungsgemäß verlassen haben erwünscht (Sicherheitsdenken ...)
