Description
The holiday apartment is located in the left half of a semi-detached house. The house itself is situated above Germignaga with a beautiful lake view and within walking distance to Luino.
The apartment consists of a kitchenette, a living and dining room, a bedroom and a children's room, a bathroom with toilet, a balcony, as well as a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with 4 ceramic hobs, and a dishwasher. The apartment features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a coffee machine, and balcony furniture. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. The terrace is lined with palm trees and invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The parking space is located right next to the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
In Germignaga there is a very beautiful beach resort, which is very well maintained. You can rent camping chairs and umbrellas there. You can also get a cappuccino and a snack to eat there. Right next door is the Ristorante Nadir with a terrace, where German is also spoken. From the beach resort there is a beautiful promenade, which invites you to linger.
About 1 km away there is a supermarket that is open 7 days a week.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
The cancellation fee is completely waived if we find another renter for the specified period under the same conditions. If you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the planned check-in by 12:00 PM CET (Central European Time), we will refund half of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, we reserve the right to retain the full amount.

The right semi-detached house can also be rented if needed (Casa Belvedere, listing no. 89666). In total, accommodation for up to 8 people is available. You are welcome to contact us about this.
By the way, we reinvest all rental income back into the house. Our motivation is to make the accommodation even more beautiful every year, so that you, and of course we ourselves, remember every holiday fondly.

no unnecessary frills, everything you need is available.
High-quality furnishings, mattresses very good, sofa also good and comfortable.
The view from the large terrace is simply beautiful.
A small downside is the road below,
but with closed windows at night, nothing is audible.

Dreamlike location
Casa Dolce Vita is a small paradise to relax from everyday life. Everything is available that the heart desires. Shopping opportunities, strolling in the streets of Germignaga and Luino, as well as the many restaurants invite you to linger. Great bathing beach in Germignaga and not far from the accommodation. Bathing shoes are advisable! Luino has a beautiful promenade. Excursion destinations are also very accessible, as the infrastructure (ferry, bus, etc.) is very well developed. For hikers, there are also many options to reach destinations. Overall, it was beautiful!
