Description
The holiday apartment is located in the left half of a semi-detached house. The house itself is situated above Germignaga with a beautiful lake view and within walking distance to Luino. Due to the location, you can avoid contact with other people even during Corona times.
In 2017, the apartment was completely renovated and fitted with a granite floor. The apartment consists of a kitchenette, a living and dining room, a bedroom and a children's room, a bathroom with toilet, a balcony, as well as a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with 4 ceramic hobs, and a dishwasher.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, coffee machine, and balcony furniture. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. The terrace is lined with palm trees and invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The parking lot is located right next to the holiday home. The apartment was completely refurnished in 2017.

Location and surroundings of object
In Germignaga, there is a very nice beach that is well maintained where you can rent camping chairs and umbrellas. You will also find a cappuccino and some small snacks to eat. Located right next, the Ristorante Nadir offers Italian food on a terrace. From the beach you can take a nice walk to Luino along the beautiful promenade.
In about 1 km distance there is a supermarket, which is open 24/7.
For a longer stay you can wash your clothes in the launderette in Germignaga.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
The cancellation fee is completely waived if we find another renter for the specified period under the same conditions. If you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the planned check-in by 12:00 PM CET (Central European Time), we will refund half of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, we reserve the right to retain the full amount.

Dreamlike location
Casa Dolce Vita is a small paradise to relax from everyday life. Everything is available that the heart desires. Shopping opportunities, strolling in the streets of Germignaga and Luino, as well as the many restaurants invite you to linger. Great bathing beach in Germignaga and not far from the accommodation. Bathing shoes are advisable! Luino has a beautiful promenade. Excursion destinations are also very accessible, as the infrastructure (ferry, bus, etc.) is very well developed. For hikers, there are also many options to reach destinations. Overall, it was beautiful!
