Description
The apartment is located in a quiet location in the left half of a duplex house. Located above Germignaga, the house has a tremendous view over the Lago Maggiore and Luino is within walking distance.
In 2017 the apartment was completely renovated and equipped with a granite floor. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living and dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, a balcony, and a terrace. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, stove with 4 ceramic hobs and a dishwasher.
Wireless internet, SAT - TV, coffee maker, balcony, patio furniture and a charcoal grill complement the exclusive equipment. From the balcony you have a fantastic view over Lago Maggiore. The terrace is surrounded with palm trees and ideal for morning breakfasts. The parking lot is situated directly next to the house.
The apartment is well equipped so you just need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Location and surroundings of object
In Germignaga, there is a very nice beach that is well maintained where you can rent camping chairs and umbrellas. You will also find a cappuccino and some small snacks to eat. Located right next, the Ristorante Nadir offers Italian food on a terrace. From the beach you can take a nice walk to Luino along the beautiful promenade.
In about 1 km distance there is a supermarket, which is open 24/7.
For a longer stay you can wash your clothes in the launderette in Germignaga.

Beautiful vacation
We had a very nice vacation. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. The large balcony with the breathtaking view, as well as the small garden with the great wooden terrace, which also has a hammock, is really beautiful. The landlord, as well as the lady who takes care of everything on-site, are always available and very nice. There are many excursion destinations from there, we saw and experienced a lot. Can only recommend. Thank you for the great time.

Dream location
Great holiday home! Just the view from the balcony alone is worth booking.
The 14 days we spent there went by way too quickly. The small town of Germignaga, as well as Luino, are within easy walking distance. However, for larger shopping trips, you should use a car. In case of any disagreements, the landlord Mr. Stefan Siegler can be easily reached by phone and is super helpful. Just like the local contact person Giusi Marletta.
This holiday apartment, as well as the adjoining apartment in the holiday home, is absolutely recommendable.
Thank you for allowing us to be your guests for a few days.

Beautiful holiday apartment
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view of Lake Maggiore from the balcony is a dream.
