Casa Nuova is the younger but bigger sister of Villa Verdi, opened in 2018. It is a brand new holiday home - also near the small, typically Italian village of Brezzo di Bedero on the east coast of LAGO MAGGIORE (Provincia Varese). At the end of a cul-de-sac without any through traffic, the property is also a small oasis of peace that invites you to relax:

Beautiful house with panoramic view
We were three couples of senior age and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house very much. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired.
We were thrilled by the unobstructed view of the lake and the snow-covered mountains.
We can unreservedly recommend this house and will certainly come back

Wir waren rundum zufrieden , alles vorhanden was man braucht , wenn es ein Problem gab wurde es so schnell als möglich erledigt , kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Auch der Weg zum See wie beschrieben ,
keine gestellten Fotos oder Fakebilder , alles genauso wie auf der Homepage , echt Super.

Casa Nuova is a beautiful place to spent your holidays. Close to Lago Maggiore and from the house a panoramic view!
We had a good time in Brezzo di Bedero.

: Perfect accommodation.
The view is unique - palms and water below, snow above, unobstructed view all around. Interesting birds, such as Common Stonechats, visit the garden. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Highly recommended - we were there with adult children.
