Pure relaxation!

The holiday house is excellently equipped, clean and well-maintained. The view of the lake is simply fantastic. Beautiful hikes can be taken in the immediate surroundings. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

Just beautiful!

The holiday house has a gigantic view of the lake and surroundings. Everything you need is there. There's even a fireplace and wood for cold and rainy days. You can also spend quiet days there. Mr. Siegler can't do anything about the weather, but the contact and accessibility were great. We had wonderful days. It's beautifully quiet and really nicely furnished. We will definitely come back!

A dream come true

We, 2 couples, were on a road trip through Italy. Booked this accommodation for 5 nights. It was perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight was the gigantic view over Lake Maggiore and the mountains. The location is simply fantastic. Incredibly quiet. We were very satisfied. We would love to come back for a longer stay. Fantastic! A dreamy house in a special location.

A holiday home with everything you need to be happy. Everything is there and the magnificent views of the lake and mountains will leave you amazed.
Unfortunately, we had heavy rain, cold, and hail showers all day. But in March/April, you have to expect that.
The good thing is that we had a fireplace that provided us with cozy warmth.
A glass of good red wine (Thanks, Mr. Siegler!) and you forget about the weather.
The house is located in a dead-end street, which allows for quiet and restful sleep until the morning.
Everything to come back to... we have already booked again.

Stunning view

We had a wonderful vacation with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. The holiday apartment has everything you could wish for. We often cooked for ourselves, the large kitchenette is very well equipped. We were even allowed to use the SUPs from the landlord. The key handover, contact with the landlord and the property manager were good and uncomplicated.
We will definitely come back!

It was as always a lovely vacation, familiar surroundings, everything the heart desires, highly recommended. The view of the lake is unique, the apartment is very well equipped.

We were at Casa Belvedere, or Dolce Vita, for the third time. We enjoyed our stay every time. The communication with Mr. Siegler is very good and the key handover with Giusi on site is also good. Keep it up!

dreamlike

We had two fantastic weeks of vacation there. The view is unique. The location as well. Many attractions are easy and quick to reach ... whether in the south of the lake or in the north. The place is not overcrowded with tourists. The contact with the landlord was very good. The vacation apartment is equipped with everything you need. Nothing is missing. Spacious with plenty of space. It is indeed very noisy, but that is almost everywhere. We will definitely come back someday.

Great flat

Nice landlord
Very nice flat with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore.
It would be difficult without a car, the house is elevated above Germignaga, you have to scramble up the hill.
We had a very nice time here with lots of excursions

Simply wonderful

What a view!
The flat is clean and everything you need is there. Handing over the keys is also no problem with the lovely Giusi
Our 2 children were also very happy with their room
It is really quiet and there is no through traffic
The place is also very quiet and not as crowded as some places on the west shore
We can only recommend this flat

A pearl on the Lago

Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this view, it takes your breath away just opening the door. The house was super clean, inviting and wonderfully equipped, top dishwasher and wonderfully comfortable mattresses.
The casa is a bit far away from the city centre, but everything is within easy reach by car.
Otherwise there would not be this amazing view of the lake!
We and our pelt-nose felt very comfortable during this week.
The contact with the owner and the local "pearl" was very nice and uncomplicated.

All-round Package.

we have decided on a short vacation for hiking and cycling. The holiday apartment is very nicely furnished with a great view of the lake. The apartment is in very good condition, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The apartment is also suitable for cooler days, as there is a cozy wood-burning stove in addition to the central heating. The booking and key handover went smoothly. The questions were answered promptly by the Siegler family. We will recommend the apartment to our circle of friends and will come back in the warmer season or in the autumn, as the lake offers a different impression at that time.

Superb holiday home

We spent a wonderful week in Casa Belvedere and would have loved to stay there. The house is ideally furnished and very clean, everything is really there and the view is incredibly beautiful. You can just sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the lake. We did some wonderful hikes, starting point not further than 20km. We will recommend the house and definitely come back.

Wohlfühl-Urlaub

We spent a week at "Belvedere" and the most fascinating aspect was the unbeatable view from the large terrace. Actually, it is even more generous than depicted in the photos, as you can see a lot more of the town of Luino from the side, which is especially beautiful in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need and is very spacious due to the open area to the living room. The bathroom is a bit small but it didn't really bother us. Our vacation was very nice and absolutely recommendable. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the Siegler family.

Everything perfect!

We were there in July with our dog and had a great time. The view from the balcony is magnificent, so we hardly went out to eat, but spent the evenings there because we liked it so much. The house is a bit far away from the village, so we had to go all the way by car, but that didn't bother us much. Even so, the place is a great starting point for excursions. The flat itself is very well equipped and clean, so we felt very comfortable. If we want to travel to the area again, we will definitely come back!

beautiful holiday home

We had a nice and relaxing time at Casa Belvedere. Despite the Corona pandemic, we were able to unwind there, and the view from the balcony is fantastic, which alone is relaxing. The apartment is well-equipped, and the parking directly in front of the house is great. Even with three days of rain and storms, the apartment was spacious enough for four people. We can easily imagine another holiday there anytime.

Family vacation at Casa Belvedere

Well-equipped holiday accommodation with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Quiet yet centrally located. All attractions in the area are easily accessible. Very clean, well-maintained property with a terrace and grill. The impressive view of the lake will stay in our memories for a long time. The holiday apartment deserves a clear recommendation! Hello friends,
this year we are staying in this wonderful holiday apartment by the lake for the 10th time.
It has become like a second home for us.
Relaxing with good friends for a few days and enjoying the Italian sun, ice cream, and lake... what more could one (- or +woman) want :-)

Wonderful holiday

A 1 week holiday is now unfortunately behind us. We can really only recommend the Belvedere holiday home! We wanted for nothing and the view directly onto Lake Maggiore was unbeatable! We also have nothing but good things to say about the cleanliness of the house! The contact before and after the trip was always quick, friendly and full of information! In short, we felt completely at ease and certainly did not spend our last holiday at Casa Belvedere! :)
