We fell in love instantly

We had a few very nice days in this house, which we immediately fell in love with. We enjoyed the peace and the sauna was perfect after long walks. We lacked nothing. Vacation in the Swedish House - 19.10.2012

Since 1997, we have been traveling to the North Sea and have already enjoyed the beautiful Swedish houses. However, the Swedish house "Seabreeze" is the coziest and most lovingly furnished little house! We enjoyed it very much and look forward to the next time here. It's a vacation to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Simply pure nature! The fresh sea air always made our kids and our dog very tired. Pentecost - 20.05.2016

I found it really cool here! Especially the "Hems", it was really great up there. The 6 of us kids often played together up there. We divided ourselves into three houses. Our parents were also there. In each house, there were 2 kids and parents. Really cool, I wish we could stay longer, but now we're heading back towards Karlsruhe. We will never forget this time!

We found a great cozy house, which is very clean and well-maintained. You feel at home. We enjoyed great places: St. Peter Ordning, Tönning, and Husum were our favorites. The weather was good, it was cold but not a drop of rain. Unfortunately, this week is coming to an end, but we will cherish it for some time. PS: Small tip: a teapot is missing! North Sea Dream - 19th October - 26th October 2013

I was here with my parents. I liked the "Hems" the best. There I could play nicely and even sleep a few nights. It was also cool to be close to the North Sea, as you could fly kites great up there on the dike. We recommend the Koog Cafe because they have the most delicious cakes! What I also liked was the day trip to Heligoland. I hope we come back here for vacation next year.

After a much too short week in your beautiful, lovingly decorated, and perfectly equipped house, we have to start our journey back home to the Erzgebirge today. We all felt very comfortable. I visited with my parents and my dog. We found this house very nicely furnished, I especially liked the loft...I slept very well all week. The North Sea was great, we went on a mudflat hike. We also went swimming and took a boat trip to the seal banks, which was very informative and fun. We found everything great and I would love to come back.

From grape harvest to peeling crabs - 29.09.2015

We were able to experience ten wonderful days in your great and cozy house. Besides excursions to Husum, Kiel, Hamburg, Friedrichstadt, and much more, we enjoyed beautiful sunny hours on the terrace and rainy weather in the sauna. We lacked nothing, and relaxation was guaranteed. After the all too short time, the grape harvest awaits us in Rheinhessen with onion cake, but we will be very happy to come back for tea and crab picking!

Gladly again

We were there for the second time in a row and it was very nice. Booking and key handover went smoothly, as did the settling of utilities, which was deducted directly from the security deposit and returned to our account one day after departure. Spring guests 2016 - 25.02.2016

We really enjoyed it here, the fresh air, the sea, and our accommodation. It wasn't high season, but we were still able to take care of ourselves very well. Fresh fish from Büsum – highly recommended – with vegetables and spices in aluminum foil on the electric grill. We also liked St. Peter Ording very much. The baker in this village is worth a "mixed bag". We will definitely come back. Thank you!

From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable in this tastefully and simply furnished little house. Everything was arranged as requested, the stove provided the necessary coziness during the bad weather we experienced, and the sauna was fantastic. We had originally planned to arrive by public transportation, but we were very glad to have the car to be able to take excursions. The water was indeed behind the dike, but long walks were only beautiful in one direction, so they lacked variety in the long run. Thank you very much! Good condition and nothing was missing

The house was in good condition as mentioned several times in the guestbook. Nothing was missing. The terrace, made of wooden planks, is showing signs of aging and at least some planks should be replaced. The shed, where one can store bicycles, was very dirty with abundant bird droppings. We were able to clean it ourselves. Otherwise, everything was good. Your handling of the situation was optimal and the refund of the deposit also went smoothly. Best regards, Jürgen Menz.

Great house, but the beach was disappointing.

The house is modern and functional, you feel comfortable there. Even though the garden is only grass. We would come back if there were really a beach there. But the access is gravel. There is also no dog beach, only a dog area. It is very quiet there, but you can only walk back and forth on the dyke. Bicycles would be recommended.

Winter holiday in dream weather

Our first holiday at the North Sea was a complete success. The house exceeded our expectations. We felt very comfortable. Both the equipment, which leaves nothing to be desired, and the location (perfectly situated for excursions in all directions) thrilled us. Additionally, we had a week of brilliant sunshine and almost no wind in February. It was perfect. We will definitely come back - maybe even in the summer.

Beautiful accommodation and a wonderful vacation

Family - adults & 3 children - over the extended May weekend: The house is a little dream for the perfect holiday at the North Sea. The location is fantastic. Whether a walk on the dike around the corner or trips to St. Peter-Ording / Büsum. Wesselburenerkoog is just perfectly situated. The tranquility is very relaxing. Sauna & fireplace ensure a lot of relaxation. The house is also very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness is worth highlighting! The only possible downside is that there is no way to darken the windows. The attached window pleats are white and do not darken the rooms! Sleeping in longer in the morning or putting children to bed "early" does not really work. We will definitely come back! Regarding the care of BUK holidays: key safe is brilliant! No pressure regarding key handover / our arrival at 11:17 pm due to traffic. Final bill / money arrived 1/2 days after departure! Thank you very much!

Top holiday home for families with a dog.

We had a very nice holiday at the North Sea. The holiday home left nothing to be desired. It also looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We had wonderful weather at the end of May and enjoyed the great garden and terrace extensively. The location is great, the proximity to the "natural bathing beach" is excellent and the beach in St. Peter Ording, a trip to Husum and Büsum are also worth recommending. We traveled with a 2-year-old child and a dog and found both the holiday home and the location very suitable. We will definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful week of vacation in this house. There are no wishes left unfulfilled here. We have never stayed in such a perfectly furnished holiday home before. Even when the rough North Sea weather is raging, you can enjoy your holiday in the lovely sauna. There is a lot to discover in the nearby area. Very beautiful!

We were at Seabreeze from June 30, 2018, to July 14, 2018. Upon arrival, we were sure that we had made the right choice: a very pretty and clean house with everything we needed. There was a bottle of wine and some sweets on the table to welcome us, which we found very nice, giving us the feeling of being welcome. Mrs. Hinz was a very pleasant host for us. But she also left us completely in peace; I had to contact her once with a question. The fact that you can access the key to the house via a key safe is great! This way, upon arrival, you are completely independent and can immediately start unpacking. We arrived with two cars, which also worked smoothly, as there is space for two cars in front of the house. There were also families with children on site, but it was quiet and peaceful at all times. For people like us who love peace and nature, a perfect place!

Stress decreases - 05.03.2016

The short break in their beautifully furnished house was really very relaxing and refreshing. We felt comfortable here right away... long walks and daily visits to the sauna made us forget the stress of everyday life. Tip for the next tenants: Westerhever Lighthouse! Best to walk there through the mudflats - great! Also, of course, the seal station in Friedrichskoog. Best to be there for the feeding and, of course, St. Peter Ording.

Your holiday home is really well equipped, there is a lot to be found that makes the stay very pleasant. It is bright and friendly, the sauna and the stove make the whole thing cozy. The kitchen, including dishwasher and other equipment, is absolutely perfect. Actually, I wanted to "occupy" your beautiful holiday home and never release it again, but my husband managed to persuade me to go back home with him. Only with the promise that we will come back. We felt "pig comfortable" here and had a heavenly week. Your holiday home offers everything you could wish for and the weather gods provided a "Mediterranean feeling" for the entire week in the north. Dreamlike! With the internet, it didn't work properly, but it didn't bother us. In every way, we had pure peace. A few tips: Fish is best bought in Tönning, delicious crab omelette at Mahre (Eidersperrwerk), delicious cake at "Gärtnereicafe" in Heide. Our dream time was unfortunately much too short!

We felt very comfortable in your holiday home, nothing was missing. Great! With sauna temperatures outside, your sauna was unnecessary, but a nice alternative for cooler days. We were able to relax in this quiet location and really enjoyed our time here. St. Peter Ording, Büsum, Tönning, but also the district town Heide with its beautiful pedestrian zone are worth a visit. For culinary preferences, we can recommend the "Stinteeker Stuuv" in Stinteck (near Büsum). Whoever wants can also enjoy the beach area there.

Beautiful, but with potential.

Beautiful and quietly located house in a fantastic location, although there are problems with internet and phone as a result. A good starting point for exploring the surrounding area, and the bathing beach is always worth a visit to cool off briefly. What was missing for me is a basic supply of materials like sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, but also spices like salt, pepper, paprika. This doesn't cost much but would complement the overnight price nicely. Otherwise, I recommend including a note in the house information so that people can stock up accordingly from home. Special thanks to Mr. Krüger, who made a huge effort to arrange for internet access after the router failed. I had a not-so-pleasant interaction with the local contact person, but I do not want to further address that here as it is unrelated to the relaxing value of the house.

Schönes Haus

We spent 2 beautiful weeks here in late summer 2019. We had great weather for 2 weeks. The house is well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, and sauna). Many top destinations can be reached within 30 minutes by car (Büsum, Tönning, St. Peter Ording, Friedrichstadt, etc). Parking in front of the house is not a problem. The house also includes 2 bicycles, both of which were in bad condition. I repaired the men's bike (a pedal was broken off) and took beautiful trips to Büsum and Tönning with it. Unfortunately, the women's bike was no longer usable. Tip: 2 affordable new bicycles and the package is perfect.

We spent a great vacation week in the holiday home. Since we are Scandinavia fans anyway, the house was perfect for us. We also used the sauna and fireplace. The short distance to the dike was perfect for us and our dog. We can't fault anything and were very satisfied with the service. We would recommend the house.

Eine schöne Woche

We stayed there for 1 week in September and it was great. Location quiet, slightly outside. But that's exactly what we wanted. The house was super clean, decorated really nicely, and we felt very comfortable. The only downside is that the beach chair is not so great, but otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about and the pre-contact was super friendly. We will gladly come back.

We felt very comfortable in the Seabreeze holiday home. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of crockery. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is very modern and lovingly furnished and very clean. It would be great to have a fenced garden for the dog. Unfortunately, the mobile phone connection is very poor. The last-minute booking worked very well. Due to the key safe, arrival and departure are always possible without any problems. You can walk in the mudflats and take a walk on the dike. The dog beach in St. Peter-Ording is highly recommended.

We were able to spend wonderful honeymoon in this lovingly furnished holiday home. Thank you very much. The weather was, as is sometimes typical in the north, very changeable, but that is exactly what we love about the North Sea. The area here is simply beautiful and especially with our dachshund Sissi there was a lot to explore. Our tip for a coffee chat is the garden café Süderdeich...there are the most awesome cakes and the café definitely has its own charm! So, we will gladly come back.

Winter holiday in dream weather

Our first holiday at the North Sea was a complete hit. The house more than met our expectations. We felt very comfortable. Both the furnishings, which leave nothing to be desired, and the location (;ideally situated for excursions in all directions) delighted us. In addition, we had a week of brilliant sunshine and almost no wind in February. It was perfect.
