Dream holiday in a dream villa

We had the pleasure of spending our holiday in the beautiful Villa Nectar. Simply everything in this house is perfect, there is nothing that is not there and you immediately feel at home. The house is spacious, bright and modern, very clean and well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail.

The location is also perfect. Many beautiful beaches and also the shopping facilities are very easy to reach

We can unreservedly recommend this accommodation, it was a great time and we will be very happy to come back.

Great holiday home for a dream holiday

What more could you want! The lovingly furnished, modern holiday home is in a prime location in the town of Venice. Due to the location in the residential area, you feel like a "local" and can immerse yourself in the life of the Americans. The location is also perfect for wonderful beach visits, shopping , excursions , restaurant visits etc. Contact person on site = perfect.
We can recommend the house without reservation and have been there several times ourselves.

Dreamlike holiday in dreamlike, clean and lovingly furnished villa

There is nothing in Villa Nectar that is not there. There really is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. From beach and pool items, bicycles from very small to large, everything for babies and toddlers and a fully equipped kitchen in which nothing is missing. The house is furnished with love and taste
and you can only feel comfortable there. It is like coming home. We would stay at Villa Nectar again at any time and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Great house near the beach, perfectly equipped with many opportunities to experience nature and the sea. A car is essential. We have seen dolphins, manatees, and alligators in their natural habitat. Fantastic sunsets and plenty of shark teeth.

Great accommodation in a pleasant location

The holiday home is exactly as shown in the pictures, with top equipment, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owners have organized everything very well and set up a good on-site service. The house is located in a quiet environment with nice neighbors, which allowed us to relax optimally. The private beach is beautiful and accessible by an included ferry. Our favorite beach was Siesta Key, which can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. There are also plenty of supermarkets and lovely restaurants nearby that can be easily reached. For parents with young children, the necessary equipment is also available. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back at any time.

Recreation in an oasis of peace.

We have rented many houses in Florida and once again, we had the right intuition this time as well. (We were looking for a place that is a bit off the beaten path.) Villa Nectar is a modern, spacious, and comfortable house with a great feel-good factor. The owners have really thought of everything in the house's furnishings (very good kitchen equipment, extra pool and beach towels, nice decor, children's games, etc.). The pool is in perfect condition, and you can relax well on the loungers. We did not use the large, nearly new grill. In the garage, there are five good bicycles and various beach items (even sand toys for the little ones). The automatic garage door closes very quietly. The Wi-Fi works very well, and there is a large modern TV (HBO) in the living room. The beds allowed for a restful sleep. As tenants, we were allowed to use the private beach of the community "South Venice Beach." A pontoon boat runs every 30 minutes to the beach and back. Great! The villa is located in a very quiet residential area. Also worth mentioning is the nice contact with the landlords and the uncomplicated and reliable handling of the rental process.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nectar and felt very well-rested. The villa is suitable for families with children as well as seniors, as all rooms are on one level. The villa was completely renovated and newly furnished before our vacation. Very successful and tastefully decorated. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday (even a smoothie, shake mixer). The residential area is very quiet, but supermarkets, restaurants, Venice center, the highway... are quickly accessible. Venice is very central, we could easily take many day trips to the Everglades, Orlando, Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Sanibel Island, St. Petersburg... The private beach only accessible to residents of the residential area is fantastic and for us the most beautiful beach in Florida! The villa is highly recommended. We will definitely come back!
