Description
We, a German couple have just over 60, we realized a dream in Southern Italy and set up a home individiuell and lovingly in a wonderful location to the sea.
It is on the one hand as the last house of the village Santa Domenica quiet and secluded, on the other hand, it is up to the center with all the shops, bars and restaurants, only three minutes.
By passing under the railway line to get from the house to walk through a brick staircase directly down to the sea (down about 8 minutes, up ...).
Both the huge roof terrace and the terrace and the spacious garden invite you to relax by the sea!
In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large dining room, a cozy veranda rooms and two bathrooms - one with bath and one with shower!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is detached on the edge of the village of Santa Domenica me their typical Calabrian atmosphere at a dead end, with immediate access to walk to the sea.
The famous tourist resort Tropea (Perla del Mare Tirreno) is just km away!
And just north and south of the town are Riaci and Formicoli (costa deglie Dio), really great, public beaches, easily accessible by car.

320 days of sunshine a year !! Endless blue sea in front of the house promises the catalogs!
Especially in spring and autumn it is compared to the rest of Europe already / still have great weather - even if it still can be cold at night. But we have made provisions: Each room has its own heating; the heat generated by its own power from the roof !!
And then again these views of the Lipari Isles and above the Stromboli, one of the few still active volcanoes!
And there are four of the "Big Five" of the holidaymaker (survey HomeAway 2016) available: WiFi, garden, Gill and washing machine - of course at no extra cost! The fifth is only 8-minute walk away: the Mediterranean!
And the people here are very friendly and helpful. Dolce vita in Italia pur!

Great holiday villa
Spent an amazing week at this holiday villa! The spacious, clean accommodation boasts stunning sea views and is fully equipped for a perfect family getaway. With a wild beach within walking distance and convenient access to Tropea and Capo Vaticano, it's an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Calabrian coast. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Relaxed vacation.
A spacious house with atmosphere, in which we felt comfortable. It is well equipped, nothing is missing. Both the garden and the large roof terrace were of great recreational value for us with a wonderful view of the sea. The shopping facilities were close by, making it a good starting point for sightseeing in the area. We were also well taken care of by the owners when we had any questions.

We felt comfortable
It was nice here, the big house is almost directly on the beach, you have to walk a bit to get to the "private beach"
The house has its own kitchen and everything is there for self-catering. In summer, the house offers cooling, but since we were there in April, it was already relatively cold at night. However, there is heating in almost every room. We also liked the town centre, there are a few restaurants and bars, the locals seemed friendly. For self-catering, there is a supermarket less than 8 minutes away by car, there is also a market every week, which you can also reach on foot. It is recommended to rent a car to get to the other towns. We would book here again as the communication with the landlords is also very pleasant.

Holiday home with brilliant view and beach connection
We had a wonderful week in Casa Bianca. The fantastic view over the sea and the short distance to the beach are sensational. On the beach, you can choose between a rather private and a well-visited beach section with sun loungers and a café/restaurant. Santa Domenica is still an insider tip, especially the market on Monday with the most diverse stalls is fun.
The holiday home is equipped with all comforts and of course spotlessly clean.
The hosts gave us the best instructions, everything was in top condition and easy to use.
Many thanks to the hosts and we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful spacious holiday home with great location
Super facilities, everything clean, town centre and supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance, beach also only a short walk away. Best value for money; highly recommended.
