With a new large in-ground pool in a panoramic area overlooking the sea, Strait of Messina and Sicily. The pool is available to both villas.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday without renouncing comfort: it is 2 km from the sea and 500 m from services. The owners also reside on a large property and will be available for any needs.
The small villa (Papavero) has an independent entrance and private garden.
It sleeps 4 (bedroom + sofa bed in the living room), cosy, country-style furnishings. A beautiful accommodation in a great location
We (4-person family; children: 11 and 13 years old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mimosa. Fulvia and Stefano are very friendly and willingly provide help and tips when needed. The vacation apartment is a semi-detached house on a huge plot of land where children of all ages can find plenty of space to play football, swing, or swim in the pool. The property is truly an oasis of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of beach resorts, but can be easily reached by car (which is necessary) within 10 minutes (Capo Vaticano) to 20 minutes (Tropea). In short, we highly recommend Villa Mimosa, especially for families with children.

The Villa Mimosa, a newer double vacation home, is stylishly furnished for four people in an absolutely quiet location. It is delightful to start the day on the seating area in a very spacious garden with the singing of birds, and there is also a barbecue, pool, and outdoor shower. It is suitable for people seeking tranquility or for families with children. A car is essential, as it is recommended to reach restaurants, pizzerias, and basic shopping in a few minutes by car. The nearest larger supermarket is located halfway to Tropea. There are several bathing beaches and beautiful secluded bays along the entire coast, which can be reached in a few minutes by car, depending on your taste. A trip to nearby Tropea or southwest to Scilla with its inviting seafood restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches is highly recommended. The owners of Villa Mimosa, Fulvia and Stefano, are a very friendly and always helpful family who can provide recommendations beyond the well-known tourist attractions that Calabria has to offer. I can highly recommend Villa Mimosa to individuals or families with children who prefer peace, nature, and quiet over hustle and noise. They speak Italian, French and English, and can enrich the holidays with truly commendable tips. I can really recommend Villa Mimosa to unrestricted people or families with children who prefer calmness, peace and nature. We shall come back in the future.

When my husband and I saw this land we immediately fell in love with it, so we built our house and then the holiday home Villa Mimosa. Wir (4-köpfige Familie; Kinder: 11 und 13 Jahre) haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Mimosa sehr genossen. Fulvia und Stefano sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem bei Fragen und Tipps
gerne weiter. Bei dem Ferienappartement handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte auf einem
riesigen Grundstück, auf dem Kinder jeden Alters genügend Platz finden, um Fußball zu spielen,
zu schaukeln oder im Pool zu baden. Das Grundstück ist wirklich eine Oase der Ruhe fernab vom Trubel der Strandquartiere, die man aber mit dem Auto (dieses ist notwendig) in 10
(Capo Vaticano) bis 20 min (Tropea) sehr gut erreichen kann. Kurzum: die Villa Mimosa können
wir sehr empfehlen. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern ist es eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig.

Die Villa Mimosa ein neueres Doppel Ferienhaus stilvoll eingerichtet für vier Personen in absoluter ruhiger Lage, morgens mit dem Gesang der Vögel den Tag auf dem Sitzplatz zu beginnen in einer sehr grosszügigen Gartenanlage mit Grill, Pool und Aussendusche ist einfach herrlich.
geeignet für Menschen die Ruhe suchen oder für Familien mit Kindern. Mit dem Auto das unbedingt empfohlen wird erreicht man in wenige Fahrminuten Restaurants, Pizzerien und einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste grössere Supermarkt befindet sich auf halben Weg nach Tropea. Etliche Badestrände, schöne abgelegene Buchten je nach Geschmack sind an der ganzen Küste zu finden, und in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar.
Einen Ausflug in das nahe gelegene Tropea oder Richtung Südwesten nach Scilla mit den einladenden Fischrestaurants ist und mit einem der schönsten Strände sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Vermieter der Villa Mimosa, Fulvia und Stefano eine sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereite Familie mit wirklich empfehlenswerten Typs abseits der bekannten Touristenattraktionen die Kalabrien zu bieten hat.
Ich kann die Villa Mimosa wirklich uneingeschränkt den Menschen oder Familien mit Kindern weiterempfehlen, die Ruhe und Natur dem Trubel und Lärm vorziehen.

Essential is a car, because in a few driving minutes you find restaurants, pizzerias and easy shopping. The closest main supermarket is located half way to Tropea. In three kilometers distance is the coastline with several beaches, beautiful secluded bays. I can recommend an excursion to nearby Tropea or to the southwest to Scilla where are inviting seafood restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches.
